I’ve been a lifelong member here and I’m surprised that this branch has such low ratings. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with them and Chase bank in general is great with anything that I need. From opening a new account or a problem with a charge, anything. The staff at this branch are also friendly. I even get calls on my birthday or random holidays. I always have a good time visiting this branch.

I thought I would book an appointment in person to try and get some advice on opening a new credit card. They offered zero advice and couldn't provide me with any information. Any question I asked pertaining to whether or not my application would be accepted or not was met with, 'I can't make any promises.' Which is fine, but I just want to know if I have any red flags that would immediately disqualify me. The more I talked, the more it felt like Chase Bank was a giant slot machine where you could get denied or accepted based on the roll of the dice, and they couldn't care less about my spending habits, how much I make, or anything pertaining to whether I'm a good borrower. Long story short, don't waste any time going in person; just do it online. If you want any advice, the homeless man outside could offer you more than anyone inside that building... or at least more than the lady I talked to.

The people who work at this branch are professionals in every way! No job too small, never too busy to help. Sometimes if you have something out of the ordinary, you need to make an appointment but you know, the branch is busy and they want to make sure things are done correctly. Never a problem with them! They care that you are happy. During COVID, things were tough like everywhere and I noticed a couple reviews were from that time. I would never switch from Chase. Even when I was out of town, and got my wallet stolen, the branch in Laguna called my branch and I they made sure I was taken care of. When my child died they sent me a card. Who does that? Love them!!

To much time spent chit chatting g with customers. Over 10 minutes per customer and still waiting. Not the first time either! Line will be long and there will still be socializing going on! Ridiculous!!

Someone should tell the manager here he needs to take the mask off once and a while. Lack of oxygen causes anger issues. Just a heads up.

I lined up and when my turn came, the teller told me to wait and the teller greeted the next guest. I was almost late for an important appointment. I will be changing banks.

What good is a bank that closes at 5? The sign on the door still says closes at 6, I rushed over to get some money into the bank any they're closed and gone faster than you can say don't do it.
