Kamala did a BEAUTIFUL job on my Permanent Make-up. She did my brows (hair strokes) and lips. I've been getting them done/touched-up for over 8 years, and she did the best job I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend her, she is professional, has an incredible resume (schooling) and for the first time it was anywhere near as painful as it has been in the past. I love what she has done for me!!

Booked a blowout on a whim as I broke my hand in 4 places recently and as pathetic as it sounds, I am essentially unable to blowdry my own hair and definitely can't style it (my hair is naturally curly, so this results in it drying into some sort of horrific frizzy founding-father look if left alone.) After 2+ weeks of this I finally just needed my hair washed and blow-dried to feel a little human again. They did a great job, and really understood how to work with my super dense hair. Both staff members I interacted with were super sweet!

Overall wasn't the best experience. I had an appointment at 9 am on Saturday and the stylist was 10 minutes late getting there. I first thought I scheduled wrong but checked my appointment confirmation a few times to make sure it said 9 am and I didn't have the wrong time. After waiting to see if anyone would show the stylist finally walked up to open. A little annoying but I also understand that things happen. Then once I got settled the stylist worked on my hair. I just wanted a simple blow out with a little curl to the end, nothing crazy. When I left my hair was still damp, had a ton of frizz, and had no curl to it. I had to go home and finish drying it and use my hair wrap to get the curl/volume I originally wanted. She also used way too much product in my hair so it only lasted for a day before it got really oily. I really wanted to love this place because it's so close to home but I will definitely not be coming back.

I came to this salon for the first time today. I waited almost 10 min after my appointment time (9 am) because the salon was closed and the stylist was late. Ally did my hair and though she did a beautiful job on my blowout, I feel I was cheated and she was not upfront about the costs.1. I came there “booking” the appointment for a $45 blowout. I was charged $60.2. When I mentioned not finding a good foundation shade, Ally said a bunch of clients canceled and she could try different foundations after our appointment. Since I had looked on their website, I knew foundation was $25.3. I already mentioned to Ally I wanted lashes. I was fine paying for them but because she was rushing, she didn’t put them on properly, the glue was showing throughout the day and the lashes started lifting off my lid within a few hours. I called her and she said to come back, which I couldn’t do at that point. I was then told to go buy eyeliner and lash glue and fix them myself.4. I told her I had an appointment at 11 so didn’t have much time after my blowout. Since she started 10 min late, she finished around 10:10. She did a good job on my foundation and added some concealer and blush. NO eyes and NO lips. When she rung me up she charged for FULL FACE MAKE UP. I was confused so asked her how much is eye and lips. She said it was extra on top of what I paid, which seems to be false from what is advertised on their website. Again - cheated.Since I was rushing to leave for my 11:00 appointment, I saw the receipt properly later and saw my blowout was charged at $60 when their website says $45. She also charged me for FULL FACE MAKE UP which I definitely didn’t get in the express 30 min make up of mainly foundation.Lastly, I should not have been charged or should have been refunded or offered some compensation for lashes that didn’t even stay on for 2 hours!I have been cheated and swindled by this company. Unless they make it right and then some, don’t go here.

Me and my daughter had our hair and makeup done for my wedding. Both my consultation and my wedding day were wonderful experiences. I felt listened to and confident walking away from my appointments. She played fun music and made sure to check in as she worked to ensure I was happy with everything she was doing. My daughter looked so pretty and was so confident with her look despite being very concerned with the utilization of hot tools. I would 100% recommend and go to Bella Blowdry & Beauty Bar again and again.

We had a wedding party go to Bella Blow Dry for a wedding this past weekend. Not only was the staff incredibly nice, but they did an amazing job. A few of us girls were so scared to have our makeup done…. But their artist did a PHENOMENAL job. The owner was incredibly patient while the bride figured out what she wanted and worked with her perfectly. The wedding was during that fire, it was muggy and ash fell all day. Our makeup didn’t even smudge. The hair was beautiful as well! Would 100% recommend.Services: Makeup services

I used Bella Blow Dry for my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with my 7 bridesmaids. The whole process was unorganized from the start. Shortly after signing my contract, the business was sold, but I was reassured that my contract was still valid and I had nothing to worry about. I went in to have my hair and makeup trial one week out from my wedding date and it was obvious that the artist doing my hair and makeup did not know what she was doing. Admittedly, my hair did look okay, but it looked nothing like the picture I brought in for a simple half updo.My foundation was the wrong color, and none of it was blended. The makeup artist told me that one of their other stylists was doing a wedding that day, and she took the "best" makeup with her, so she had no other options. She used little to no blush/bronzer, so everything looked flat. When it got to my eye makeup, nothing was blended properly, and my false eyelashes were placed far away from my lash line. She refused to curl natural eyelashes stating, "it's not good for them," so my real lashes did not blend with the false lashes. She also did not know how to do winged eyeliner, so after multiple attempts, we settled on no winged liner. The eyeliner I was left with was messy. I asked her to set my makeup multiple times, but she sprayed the setting spray in the air, and refused to set my makeup properly, or with powder. She also discouraged me for complaining about her work by telling me she will simply refuse to work with guests who complain.I later called and spoke with the owner who asked me to come back and have another trial with another stylist (Celeste), and she did an excellent job. The owner also told me at the second trial that she would be providing mimosas and a charcuterie board for my bridesmaids and I.Fast forward to the day of my wedding. The stylists were not on time. One single bottle of champagne was provided with dirty champagne flutes. No snacks, or charcuterie board was provided. Luckily we bought snacks just in case.Celeste did a great job with both my hair and makeup, but the other stylist doing makeup did not. We ended up completely redoing the makeup of several bridesmaids when we got to the wedding venue, after stopping for additional supplies. When I discussed my dissatisfaction with the salon owner, she offered me $150 back (for my group I spent almost $2k for hair and makeup), or three free services to be used before the end of the year.Although everyone's hair did look great, I would not recommend anyone go to this salon for their wedding or any special event. They were hard to work with, did not fulfill their obligations, and I would have preferred to just do my own makeup and the makeup of my entire bridal party.Services: Makeup services

Hannah did my hair and makeup for my wedding. It turned out horrible. My face was a different color than my neck, and the makeup was thick and not well blended. The hair style I showed her was not at all what was done. Her version, was sloppy and could have been done by a friend. I spent $140 for this. Had to redo it myself.Services: Makeup services

I went in for eyes make up only, I expected to get a professional touch like I used to get done from other places, but I was not satisfied with what Kristyn did at all. All she did was applied 3 color powders on my eye lidsNo eyes liners, no mascara... no nothing else...that was it!!
