“I recently purchased a wash machine and stove here at the everett mall. Gayle was my sales associate such a patient and kind person. She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer n even made sure to match any lower prices out there even costco prices. I would recommend u see her when u come to this location. Also the delivery of my wash machine was excellent they were very careful w the removal of my old machine n were very professional and knowledgeable w the install of the new one. Which suprised me becuz thats not the experience ive had in the past w other stores like lowes and home depot their delivery ppl can hardly speak english n just rush w out any communication or care. So happy w my overall experience. Can't wait for my stove it will be here in a few days”

“They have some expensive appliances which is a bit offsetting. It great customer service and they have own repair crew. Appliances aren't what they used to be so when I got one a couple years ago I purchased extended warranty. For no particular it started to fail. I called Judd and Black and they had repair people out very quickly and got parts and handled the warranty communications with GE the appliance manufacturer. After a couple of attempted it would not stay fixed and they worked with GE to get it warranty replaced and I just had to walk into the store to pick a new one. A few days later they swapped it out in my home and got rid of the broken one.”
“Best Buy is great, the mobile installation department is vary skilled crew, would recommend to anyone looking for dash camera modifications, or car alarms systems.”
“Every single time I go to this Lowes I get the help I'm looking for, and quickly. Things are more often than not in stock, unlike other big box stores. The store is clean and well organized.
I wanted to give a special review for my last trip. Dale and Shelia went so far above and beyond in helping me and they did it with smiles and shared laughs. Not one drop of "I hate my job" energy. From getting a ladder, to checking out, to loading my vehicle, these two were awesome. I very much appreciate their kindness and service with smiles. “Recently I went to the Lynnwood store for some help in ordering a broken knob on our Fisher & Paykel range. I hadn't purchased the range from Albert Lee, it came with the new house we had purchased. Still, after explaining the situation to Aaron Lynch, he quickly took down my info and ordered a replacement for delivery directly to my house at no cost to me. Furthermore, he helped me with troubleshooting a noisy refrigerator, the result is that my fridge became much quieter, nearly silent. This was my second visit to this store, the first time in search of a low cost dishwasher. On that visit a different salesperson showed me what they had to offer and gave me helpful advice on what to look for...no hard sell. Albert Lee will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for an appliance.”
“I had the best buying experience at Lowe's in the appliance department from Ann Marie. She was friendly, well informed on the different brands and extremely helpful. I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days. I'm super happy with my purchase and how easy Ann Marie made the whole buying process. I plan on adding additional new appliances in the near future and will definitely be back to purchase them from her.”

“Was able to get what I need and it was easy to maneuver for a big Home Depot store. Also was relatively impressed at some of the staff more towards the elderly side be so helpful. The lack of star on this one goes to the employees that look to be in their 20s. These guys have idea what they're doing and is most likely just a job for them. They looked so oblivious when a customer asked a simple question about ratchet straps. I had to step in or the customer would of bought something they didn't want. If I have to do your job you probably should be here.”
“Store itself is fine. Went in, bought what I needed, got out. Less than 5 minutes. The 30 minute wait for a curbside pick-up, in 90° weather, before I decided to just go in and get the stuff myself. Not great.
If you aren't looking to boil just don't use curbside. Not worth having to download the app”

“So you know it's like every single store you go to except for places like Ace or True value hardware. You get help pretty quickly at those places cuz they're so small. But home Depot Lowe's any big store like that it's hard to find any help. But otherwise it's a basic store everything you can need is there.”
