SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE, SUCH AS THE BICYCLE SEATS ARE SO NARROW THAT IF YOU DO AN HOUR OR TWO ON THE TREADMILL, IT REALLY PAINS THE INSIDE OF YOUR THIGHS AND BACKSIDE. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO INVEST IN SOMETHING MORE ERGONOMIC. NOT EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WALKS IN THE DOOR IS READY FOR A PELTON, OR THE TOUR DE FRANCE. SO THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT MAY INJURE THE NOVICE, OR KEEP THEM FROM COMING BACK OR RENEWING A CONTRACT. EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY LIKE WORKING OUT AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, IT'S THE SIMPLEST THING THAT MATTER IN THE LONG RUN TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.V/R LOU BERRY

My favorite gym to attend because equipment is always clean. Bathrooms are spotless.Water foundation is very clean and the facility is huge so you don’t feel crowded. Very much appreciated of the staff who clean everyday to make it a safe environment

Super clean and top of the line fitness equipment. Thumbs up to the management of this gym and its employees. Really show pride and effort in this establishment. New machines and equipment has been added since last review. Establishment stays on top of broken down machines and equipment. Nice!

11.23.22: General manager, Noemi Cuevas, threatened me with a $250 "tailgate" fine when attempting to attain a guest pass/membership for my spouse, after being refused twice by gym staff, if I did not take down my social media review. Alternative helpful solutions to my issue were previously offered by two other staff on occasions prior to Noemi's interference. Consumers beware and proceed cautiously. 11.17.22: Good gym, but the staff are incompetent, combative and unhelpful. Don't expect them to communicate or actively seek resolution to your issues, resulting in low quality service.

Clean, organized, friendly service. Two squat racks, two power racks, and two deadlift platforms. Good amount of free weights and other equipment. Can get crowded, but pick the right time and you have plenty of space for yourself.

I have used this gym for over a year. The gym is kept clean and the layout works well. Some things do need maintenance or replacing. For example, some of the treadmills bounce around too much while jogging. The treadmills turn off/reset at the worst possible time. Can they be placed on a schedule to restart at a more ideal time? The bar pads for squats or hip thrust need to be replaced. Communication via email is not timely and not very formal. I have had emails that were never answered. Additionally, the handling of refunds due to closures during covid 19 were not handled in a fair or timely fashion. With our current circumstance (covid shutdowns) I think we should be given the option to be released from our contracts without a penalty since the handling of emails and refunds isn't handled fairly or in a timely manner. Some members have been allowed to workout without wearing a mask even though the signs on the door say "mask required". What is the point of having a rule/mandate but then not enforce it in an effort to keep others safe. I will not be renewing my membership.Update 3/23/21This gym has gradually made improvements in their maintenance, equipment, and staff. They have been more graceful about refunds related to covid closures.

Worst service of any anytime gym around! Very unprofessional and rude when there is no reason to be. Only club with a mask mandate in the valley, and singles out people to confront about not wearing a mask while working out, while others in the gym are not wearing masks either. Then refusing to refund membership purchased 24 hours prior while raising their voice and getting rude when being addressed calmly politely and respectfully.Childish personalities in club management.Only club in the valley to require masks. Rude, unprofessional management. Other clubs in the area are a better choice.

It's a nice gym and set up but the communication efforts on their part is absolutely terrible. They really suck at letting you know what is going on with being open or closed. If your membership dues are being paused or resumed due to said closures. Then you suddenly get charged again and had no idea they were opened up. It's not a very fair way of operating. Consider pausing charges on key fobs that don't utilize the facility.... you shouldn't have to request time away with everything goin on right now. And when I have requested a pause I'm still charged anyways.
