I've had it it with them stealing from me .I have three purchases where I was literally sold vape battery with only just the shell in the box .the wroung coils that I sat their there and asked would they fit and he said he didn't know so asked if I do get em can I return them if not .then was told they wouldn't take the open package back and then 4 days ago paid 120 bucks for a geevape smoker and the coil was fried un it the battery doesn't charge and there was no connecter like I said if I got it would it be in the box and was told yes .I've been going to the boss their since befor I was 18 even when his shop was across the parking lot and latly this tares it I want a full refund. no ,if and or buts about it so far I'm out almost 300 bucks and I think I am going to the state if I don't get word from the owner

I stopped by this new place to buy flum floats for my husband. Find out it's on a deal and they have the flavor he likes great! Until i get home and give him what I bought. Come to find out they are fakes. I spent $80 on them which is a lot of money and I expected to get the product I paid for wrong! So I go back and wait and over hear the girl tell another customer that she could try the product in store before leaving to make sure everything was right and ok. Well she never told me that or else I would of tried one out. The coloring is slightly lighter on this fake and hard to spot at a glance. Needless to say she said there was nothing she could do. Buyer beware these things are so profitable that places buy fakes and sell as the real deal. Expensive lesson. Will never be back.

Unfortunately, as friendly as the worker in there is, she is uneducated when it comes to vape pens. I purchased a brand new vape pen, pods and coils...with her putting it all together and spe t over 150$ on the purchase. Fast forward a week when I go to use the fresh pod, it starts leaking everywhere! She gave me the wrong coils! No big deal, at first, but when I take it all back to her she tells me sorry, no returns or exchanges! What the heck? She is the one who picked it all out! She has no clue what she is doing and has just lost my business. I took my business and drove the extra few miles to a shop on Hwy 99 that knows exactly what they are doing where I not only got the right coils, but great service! This place may be convenient and she may be nice, but if you are not familiar with what you need, don't do it. She is uneducated and inexperienced in vape pens and pods and coils. Waste of money and time! Very disappointed and will never return.

Always insanely overpriced, went in for puff bars and they were $5 more per device than any other store I’ve seen which is ludicrous. Also turns out the puff bars they sell are literally counterfeits, no joke. Reported them to the manufacturer as requested when one turns out to be fake. Good luck to the rude business owner here. Don’t go here if you value your health or your finances.

I’m at risk for covid-19 and I’ve gone to this store regularly for puff bars and vapes like that, but I wasn’t trying to go out of my way without knowing they had what I was looking for so I asked if they had a specific vape and their price, he said it was ‘against policy’ to tell me product prices over the phone, that I could ‘come in to find out for myself‘ I said I knew I could but I wasn’t trying to go out of my way if they didn’t have it he said they’re a shop with employees to interact with the customers directly as if me calling was an inconvenience so I was about to go anyways but just ask about a new vape flavor and he HUNG UP ON ME. People that rude don’t deserve to have a business.. These are rough stressful times but you shouldn’t treat a regular paying customer like that.. that’s how you lost my business, I hope you abstain from shopping here cause I never will again.

Every time I come into this establishment they charge me a different price for my smokes. Seems a little shady. I wouldn't recommend coming here and supporting them scamming customers.

I was their regular customer for about a year and I was also buying my loose tobacco here and a few times it was either molded or extremely dry. last time I tried their organic American Spirits, It was so dry which made it impossible to role. I tried to explain to the owner that I can't even role this his answer was "to complain to the company". I had to toss it again and loose another $15 again. will not shop here anymore.

Spending in the thousands over several years, you get that special feeling when you tell the owner that the last batch of cigars you bought were dried out. And instead of "Wow, sorry, I'll check into that", you get a detailed description of the (readily visible) components of the humidor and mansplained how it'd be impossible to get a cigar that tasted like he'd pulled it from his crotch after wandering the desert for 40 days and 40 nights But seriously, he looks like he does that often. I'm just glad no unpackaged food is served there. As an added extra bonus, he glares at you when you're in the humidor like you just stole something and is extra impatient when you're checking out using his clunkyass dial-up modem card swiper. My quest for a non-grumpy smoke shop proprietor continues...

I'm a new cigar smoker so I went into their walk-in humidor to check out what they had. When I came back out I said hi to the guy behind the counter and he stared at me and asked me why I was in there so long. He said I was in there for 8 min (really you timed me). Told him I was new cigar smoker and was just looking and he can check my pockets if he wanted to; it was really weird. He was Pakistani, not sure if it was race related and hated Americans, but he made it clear by the accusatory look on his face and telling me there were cameras watching and how long I was in there that he didn't want me there again. Really rude and uncalled for, won't go back there again.
