We bought a pair of Genelec at WAVES design back in 2020, today when browsing my emails it reminded me how it went really well, and deserves to have a comment on the Google reviews.Jim helped us listen and try out the units in the store with our audio source, and provided helpful suggestions on the difference between different Genelec units (audio quality is top notch really). Afterwards, he also step above and beyond and answers my question regarding the pre-amp suggestions, which I am really grateful for. It's been a pleasure to work with Jim and WAVES design, his patience, attention to details really impressed me, we will come back the next time we need an upgrade to our audio system.

Dan and TJ, who just finished installing large TVs in our new home, were extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and polite as can be. They balanced, centered and adjusted the mounts placing them just where we wanted them. The cables were dressed to perfection - there were absolutely no short cuts taken - they wouldn't have it any other way. The TV they delivered was top of the line, sharp and super bright going great with the lighting in our home. They provided lots of advice during the job, to the point that Wave Designs will continue to be our first choice going forward. Can't wait to tell all of the new neighbors.

I was referred to Wave from a friend but have been extremely disappointed during our big remodel project. I was delivered an estimate to pre wire then as time ran out prior to dry wall they increased the price by $700. I wanted to incorporate my old equipment but the salesman seemed to not want to make this happen. His crew cut holes in the ceiling with brackets and somehow he did not know if my old speakers would fit. Finally they left two old coax cables sticking out into the living room so the trim guys cut a hole in the baseboard which should not have been there at all. Very excited about finishing our remodel but beware working with WAVE.2/26- The owner of Wave met with me and worked with me to fix the miscommunications.

We have used Wave Designs for multiple projects over the years, and can say nothing but good things. Whether our project was in downtown Seattle or Vashon Island, they were always there promptly and very professional. Their customer service is top notch!

Clint and his staff are extremely competent and professional. They are easy to work with and were very reasonable with their pricing. In addition they completed the job as promised and give amazing customer support even after the project is completed!
