“If you need a document notarized this is the place to go! Josh has awesome customer service. It's also a Fed Ex drop off location and other mailing services. Very knowledgeable. Also mailboxes for rent if you need one.”
“Thanks to the Notary public in the Kenmore UPS. He was very detailed and helpful. Kenmore UPS is the only UPS around here that were open at 8am on weekdays for notary. All other UPS's are open - but their notary is not open until 10am!”

“This store is a neighborhood treasure... actually a 2 neighborhood treasure (needed both locations). Just love, love love these people. At some point or another, we've used just about all their mailing and professional services... plus had more than a few of their delicious cookies. Trusted them with both time sensitive and sensitive stuff (important/valuable to us)... even while traveling... and they ALWAYS come through in a way you that you can count on AND doesn't make you feel like a number. Never write reviews, but we can't recommend the Sip and Ship enough.”

“Usually don't write reviews -- but I needed to for Mel! I did not receive much help from the other woman working at the postal office & was quickly dismissed when trying to find a box that would fit what I needed shipped out. Mel practically created a box for me with tape, a box cutter, & any available supplies she had on her. It was the best customer service experience I had -- if Mel was not there, I would have had a very different experience. THANK YOU MEL!”

“This is our go to UPS store, he one on 100th next to subway and down from Bartells. It's the closest to where we live.The employee'sare very helpful. The mail gets picked up earlier between 12:30pm and 2pm. If packages are brought in after that time they are picked up then I believe the package goes out the next day same time between. I asked that question because I wanted to make sure my items got sent out the same day. This UPS is closed on Sundays. I called the one up by target and Safeway but they said the packages don't go out until the next day at 5pm. So im thinking why take my packages there if the UPS sends them monday-saturday at 5pm daily?Its most beneficial If I wait until monday at least then the packages will be sent out between 12:30pm and 2pm.sooner at the UPS ON 100TH AVE Edmonds bowl location.The biggest issue for me is getting the package/s sent out as early as possible. Even if 5 UPS stores are open on Sunday's their mail carrier comes the earliest around here at 5pm the next day Monday. Nothing g gets sent out on Sunday's”
“I’m 9 months pregnant and had a huge, relatively heavy box to return. I went into UPS and asked the manager, Al, if I could borrow a dolly so I could wheel the box from my car to the UPS store. Al was generously kind enough to help me get the box (using a dolly) from my car and wheel it over to the store himself. I really appreciate his proactive thoughtfulness in helping me out greatly!!!”
“I really appreciated being able to talk with a professional in person who could offer advice on the best options. Dustin at the Fedex print shop near University Village (Laurelhurst) was professional, helpful and responsive. The turnaround time was very quick. He provided guidance on what finish to do based on my needs. I also appreciated that the University District (NE 45th St) Fedex re-directed me to the Laurelhurst Fedex when I told him the poster size. All in all the in-person service at both locations was fantastic.”

“I have been using this store as my preferred pickup point for all of my UPS packages for over a year (renewed this service recently for another year). So far, the experience has been great! The packages are stored well and the store opening hours work for me perfectly, especially ono for my daughter please provide weekends. Staff is very helpful and they remember me by now which makes the pickup process even faster :)”
“Pling on - we have had a box at Dockside pretty much since the inception of the business (the owner and my wife are well acquainted from our days of having a boat at Shilshole). They receive our mail for our business, no problem. They forwarded the mail for our business, no problem. When asked, they hold the mail for our business, no problem. And as others have stated, the staff is beyond friendly. I can't really speak definitively to rates, as we never shopped around (my wife was eager to support the owner Lisa when she opened Dockside's doors), but other posters have said the rates are competitive, and I am prepared to assume they are. Highly recommend.”
“I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”

“Been going here regularly for about 15 years. Really never had a problem like others are talking about. I do think their business technology and way of doing things is very...uhhh, 1995. But it's a convenient place to drop off packages and ship things. And I've had a box here for several years, at an extremely reasonable price, which is nice, since it prevents mail theft when purchasing pricey items online.”
