“Great place, friendly and helpful owner and staff!Easy to use self wash station, and the groomer did a good job with tidying up my small dogs face and nail trims. I think her name was Holly.We didn’t have appointment scheduled, just walked in and they were able to accommodate us. For a whole grooming session appointment required, but for nail cuts and small trims they were able to take us in right away.I really like that, we’ll be returning again!”

“My go-to pet store in Seattle. The selection for cats is spot on! My kittens love natural pet pantry for raw and ziwi for canned, both of which are hard to find. They give you sample treats with each purchase, which is always a plus. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly! Return policy is flexible. You don't need to bring a receipt as long as you have a number registered with them. Doesn't cost any money to register either. They have their own parking lot with lots of available space.”

“I’ve been coming to this store since I first got my pup, she’s now 4!! Taylor was one of the first people to educate me on her needs and spent so much 1on1 time with me fitting her harness, we’ve bought 4 ruffwear harnesses because of him now!! Lynn is also nothing short of wonderful, she remembers my pups name always, and recognizes me by voice. She’s outstanding, offers so much wisdoms without judgement. The store is lucky to have her! I will keep coming back solely for these two. Little expensive but they always have ranges! they have the best return policies and everything there is quality stuff<3 can’t say more amazing things about Lynn + Taylor plus the whole store! ???”

“What a great experience, I called them about some over the counter medicine for my cat mahogany for constipation. The person on the phone recommended some herbal remedies they sell there as they don't carry any medicine for that..When I got there it was easy to find as their merchandising is well thought out for customers to shop. As they had booth a powder and an oil version, the person at the counter told me that the dropper with the oil works the best as they used it on their kitty. (They said they were also very concerned about their kitty as it was also very scarry for them when their cat was experiencing tummy issues). It was reassuring that it was safe and easy to use, but they also reminded me that if my kitty rejects it, I can bring it back as Mud Bay has an awesome return policy. I'm very sorry I don't remember either petsons name, but obviously it's under awesome management. Thank you, booth! ?”

“Let me start by saying that the team at Mukilteo really care. James always is so kind and genuine. He's always helpful and attentive. Today he went above and beyond for me and my poor queen who had a c section and 2 out of 5 survived.... sigh on top of that my card had expired with out my knowledge at the vet earlier today...so I checked my mail and behold it was there....well it said that I could just use it in the paper from becu...well I went to use it and it had to be activated :< and I was at closing time ..left my dumb phone and just having a heart break ..and James, bless this man helped me. I'll never forget that act of kindness because regardless of the company it's still a choise at the end of the day. Your choise was love. I'll be back tomorrow and I will pay for the comp of can food that he comped me to have some wet baby cat good for my recovering himalayan queen. I'll never forget either. ❤️”

For several days, we tried to sort out why she was having loose stools until we figured out it might be the food she is eating.So we decided to stop by Mud Bay and ask for alternative food recommendations. Mud Bay's crew were patient, friendly and helpful with our kibble inquiries. They gave us samples to try which seemed to work so we bought a small bag and have now graduated to a big bag of the right dog food for Trina.And also a bonus, the products they carry are priced fairly. “We had a really positive adoption experience here! The night before, we saw there were kittens available for adoption. We called in the morning, and they let us know we could check in before opening to get a spot in line to meet and adopt. We checked in around 10:30am, returned for a visit at 11:45am, and then had time to go in and visit the cats. We had adopted our new kitten by 1pm. The volunteers were helpful and informative, and never rushed us. They took time to answer all our questions, and gave us time to interact with the cats. It was busy, so I'd recommend going early, and bringing a book or something to do while you wait.”

“I cannot say enough about how much I love shopping here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they obviously really care about their customers and their pets! I have two cats and went through a period of time where they were being really picky about food and one was having digestive issues. At All the Best they were so understanding of what I was going through trying to find food that works for my cats! They have a color coding system which lets you know the textures of different food etc… but the game changer for me was one of the employees recommendation of an enzyme supplement that I mix into their food (the wisely one)! Once I started mixing the enzyme into their food the little one stopped having digestive problems and they both decided they agreed on a food they liked. I think maybe it wasn’t so much the food but how they felt after eating it that made the difference. I haven’t had them snub anything since they started the enzyme.In addition to providing great guidance on food etc… the staff is just really friendly and seem to genuinely like talking to their customers and hearing about their pets and lives. When I’m feeling depressed or yucky I usually avoid errands because I get anxious and I never feel the need to avoid coming here. I know if I come in feeling less than 100% that I’ll leave in better condition than when I came in. I don’t buy cat food anywhere else anymore! This shop is my #1”
