This store will now forever have my business it will be my #1 go to convenience store solely based on my experience with the staff there not only are they lovely and happy every time I see them but they go above and beyond their job title and duties especially a gentleman there who works evenings I believe his name is Randy He has always greeted me with a hello and a beautiful smile and is always so kind and friendly and willing to help me in anyway I need Not only does he know my daily order two packs of American spirit, yellows and a Coors light and is now starting to memorize my wife’s order as well And I don’t think I’ve ever walked into that store And seen him sitting still he is constantly moving, whether stocking the store, or cleaning the store inside and out that young gentleman is constantly working So Simply put this store has not only gained a wonderful employee, but they have gained lifetime customers out Of my wife And I Jackson’s should definitely Be proud of this employee and the service he provides It’s absolutely satisfactory

I had a flat tire and pulled into the parking lot of this gas station. An amazing employee named Ann came out and helped me change my tire. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Ann!

I have worked at this shell for 7 years and i have to say many customers love our food mart area! This is the spot for a variety of foods, hot and fresh on the spot! Most companies in the area come here daily including SKANSKA (the people building the light rail) .By all means if anyone is having a bad experience we ask that you tell the manager of the location because we do care about customer concerns. We have won circle of excellence 4 times in the last 7 years.... out of 230 stores, hmm there is a reason for that :) We hope to see you soon. Take one of our rewards cards too to gain free stuff too!

There are 2 stores in mt lk terrace.. Bishoy and shadow have been running the other location for 7 years. I can't say too much about the other employees but I know these two people have always shown concern for their customers. I don't know exactly why this JD person was slamming her which is a different location than the review posted about, I have never heard her speak about all of these things. She is always laughing and smiling and quick to help the customers and resolve any issues that arise. Whenever I come in it is very clean the food is hot and fresh and ther is so much to choose from. I have always been treated with respect in the last seven years I have went there. Maybe that guy was turned down a date LOL, personality there is great and full of sense of humor. The best thing to do is check it out for yourself to judge . Its my fav location!!

NONE of employees were wearing masks!! As a RN over 30 years I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted. Going forward go out of my way for gas and goods

Lady named Shadow behind the counter wearing her mask under her chin bitching with two other customers about how masks are a pain (they're not...). No one said a damn thing to the customers about not wearing masks. COVID is real, folks. And it is not to be messed with. Pull your head out of your own backside and face facts. I don't support rednecks and I won't ever be back here again. There's another shell a few blocks away on 99 where they respect their customers. Eff this joint.

Avoid this place if you are trying to use qfc fuel rewards. I tried to and the pump wouldn't work until I cancelled trying to use them.

Pretty much, what could you say about a gas station? However, this station was recently revamped and it's very nice. It smells like a new car. It's air conditioned in the summer, which is REALLY nice. I usually get a few lottery tickets here, too. As for the gas, however, it is diluted with ethanol, and therefore I am only getting about 16 miles per gallon. In a four-cylinder, this is pretty hard to believe, but there is not much you can do about it. Easy access from southbound 99 at 220th. Otherwise, from northbound 99, you have to take the left turn at 220th and hang a U-turn there. No more gas stations from here for a few miles southbound, and if I'm correct, the last gas in south Snohomish County.

This is a Shell gas station with a mini mart inside. The mini mart has a large variety of ready to eat hot/cold foods and drinks, chips, candy, alcoholic beverages , frozen pizzas, cigars, cigarettes, ice cream, and a section for basic household items such as toilet paper, aspirin, and or cat and dog food . The main reason why I like this gas station is because of the employees that work here. The employees that work here make customers feel welcome! There are many gas stations/convenience stores in the area that offers almost exactly what this gas station has, but the biggest difference between this Jacksons and everyone else is their friendly and helpful employees that work here. The employees here are efficient and keep this place clean and tidy. Some other information about this Jackson's is that they offer debit card cash back up to $20, sell ice, Washington lottery products (Lotto, Scratch tickets, and Other lottery games), propane, a Redbox machine on the outside, bathroom on the outside, an ATM in the inside, and this store is open 24 hours a day! Stop by sometime and you will see exactly what I am talking about. (-:

I go in there on occasion to get gas,coffee and other things. I was a manager who overseen Westlake Center custodial staff. The reason why I say this is there bathrooms are always clean and tidy. That means a great deal to me.The cashiers are positive and at times ill chat with them . Good decent store. I do recommend them to others.

Very friendly staff Lots of choices when it comes to snacks and cold drinks. Price of regular gas is a little higher than competators in the area. Always very clean and organized hot food is as fresh as you can expect from a mini mart/gas station

Went to get gas and air for the tires, the air hose that you pay to get air was split. Found this out after I put money in it. So instead of putting air in my tire it lets it out. Now my tire is even more flat than before. I ask the man that seems to be the manager if he knew his paid air was busted. He said Yes he did know. I asked why he doesn't put a out of order sign on it. He says to me with an angry tone that it's not a part of his business so he won't do anything about it. An out of order sign was too much to ask for. If it's a Service you provide, you are responsible for it, regardless if you make money or not from it. The manager was more interested in telling me why he was not doing anything about it than actually helping me. The term "convenience store" is long dead with this business. I won't be coming back to this place.
