Rory in the pro shop was amazing. She took the time to explain everything to make sure I have the right skates at the right place and she took good care! Very happy with the service at Hocke wolf!

Brought my task trained medical alert SERVICE DOG to the arena and was told she cannot be in there. Not only did she have her service animal badge on her tag, but even after telling the worker that she is a service dog he stated that only blind people are allowed to have a service dog in the arena??? We also informed him that she is task trained to bring me my medication. Please see below for my RIGHTS as a disabled persons from the Washington State Human Rights Commission "RCW 49.60.215 prohibits discrimination in a place of public accommodation due to the "use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a disabled person." WAC 162-26-130 requires "fair service in a place of public accommodation regardless of the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a disabled person as well as because of the disability itself." (Internal quotations omitted.)Service animals must be allowed into all areas of a place of public accommodation where the general public is allowed - this includes dining and eating areas, restrooms, and areas where food is sold. A place of public accommodation cannot request that the service animal be removed unless it creates a risk of harm. This risk must be actual, and cannot be speculative or based on a fear of dogs. In addition, if an animal exhibits disruptive, poor or unsanitary behavior, it would not be considered a trained service animal, and can be removed." MY SERVICE ANIMAL WAS SITTING AT THE FEET OF MY PARTNER. Please train your employees with the LEGAL questions they are able to ask as described in the photo attached. As an ex-employee there I am very disappointed in the rink for excluding disabled persons.

Ian and CJ were extremely helpful when I came in for the beginner bundle deal through the Kraken Adult League. Both were very knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to get me the right equipment! I will definitely go back for any future gear/service.

My girlfriend and I came here to get fitted for our first set of skates. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They have a bauer scanner which really helped narrow down our selection. They were very helpful and gave us several pairs to try. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome! They have a great selection of gear and a very knowledgeable staff. A great place to get skates sharpened and learn about the local hockey community.

i just had a skate fitting at this location. the guys knew what they were doing. they have a bauer scanner. i was able to quickly get my foot scanned, and i ended up with some very awesome skates for a pretty good deal. they don't have the inventory on hand as a larger shop might, but i didn't feel any pressure to take what was in stock if it didn't fit. I was treated like a local even though I'm from across the sound. I will definitely be back!

I have used this shop for many things over the past few years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and the prices to be fair. There just are not that many hockey shops in the greater Seattle area, so i'm glad this one has not only stayed in business, but improved their store and offerings during the pandemic times.

Talked to someone when I was in the shop yesterday about fixing my skate. I didn’t have the skate with me and they said they would be available Friday at 10 AM. The shop is dark and no one is here at 10:15 AM. Sigh... I understand the shops cannot be open at all hours of the day, but when you say you are going to be available then stick to it please.

I busted a skate and had to face the fact that it was time for a new pair. They took the time to let me try on a bunch of different one's. I looked them up on the big name websites and Hockeywolf GLADLY matched the price! Great purchase.
