“I had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Ray yesterday. I explained to him that my doctor's office had informed me that my pre authorization for a test was denied and asked if he could help. After looking through my file, Ray discovered that a pre authorization was never filed and offered to help by calling the doctor's office to understand what happened. After calling the doctor's office we discovered that the nurse was unable to submit the pre authorization and Ray offered to help her through the process.
