The only downside is what the company website claims is in stock or even carried is almost always wrong.
This is fourth time I've gone to this location and the fourth time Ace's website was completely wrong. The knowledge and courtesy of their staff more than makes up for their online service but it doesn't mean my projects get done.”

“Best company out there for service and repair of compressors. we had a new compressor installed in 1996 and has been running for almost 24 years , r&r keeps the maintenance up on it on a schedule they set and this Kaeser SK19 compressor has been the best compressor we ever purchased. now looking into replacing it with another Kaeser compressor and keeping the old one for a back up. i recommend R&R Compressor service to anyone needing service and installing a new one . “I LOVE their cleaning products, specifically the TRIO! I clean my entire house with them. Including the floors. Everything always suprises me with how well they work! They get my counters & windows shiney & my floors smelling good and removing ANY stain. I have 2 Bulldogs so having product that help with their messes and doggie smells is amazing. Not a vapid/spiritless warehouse that is overrun with disgruntled underpaid employees who hate their unfullfilling jobs.
There are knowledgable people at ACE who are available and more than willing to help.
Roger helped me find the product I was seeking and, also, he pointed-out where the location of the Dremel products in which I also expressed interest.
As I was paying for my chosen product, he asked if I had found the Dremel product I needed. That is what's called being attentive and caring about my experience in their store.
To visit this ACE, I drive much father than the Lowe's and Home Depot stores which are nearer to my home. It's worth...every time.”

“These guys are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for your pressure washing needs. They promised my pressure washer would be done in 5 business days, it was done the next day. Very reasonable prices. Last time I went to Ben’s, they tried to rip me off once they realized I was a residential customer. I had bought a nozzle from them the year before for $75, and the salesperson then tried to sell it to me for $170. I called him on it and he sold it for $90. I'd rather go to a place I don't have to worry about trust. Seattle Pumps has my business after 20+ years with Ben’s.”
