Do NOT used this agency. My family and I were clients for decades and when it came time to file an actual claim, they were impossible to get a hold of, would not answer or return calls and the inner office communication was so bad that they completely neglected to insure one of my family members. I have never felt so scammed and taken advantage of. This was such a disappointing lesson and I'm embarrassed I did not realize this sooner.
