Terrible. They screwed up my wiring twice and I had to pay for multiple tows. The people are rude in person as well as on the phone. Honestly some of the worst service.

Fastest oil change and tire rotation ever! They were done in about 30 minutes, super nice, and showed me the price beforehand. I appreciate the great customer service and straightforward recommendation on what my car needs.

It was a nightmare having to deal with this shop, since the beginning the guy who helped me was unfriendly and rude. I went there referred by someone else as being the most inexpensive to install an interlock. At least that's what I was told... I got there and my truck was perfectly working at 100% performance! After the installation it began to have mechanical and electrical issues, at the end of the day even the wipers weren't working! I called and spoke to him and he instructed me to take the truck to the shop. After dropping the truck off he called me a few hours later and gave me 6 different excuses, he stated the interlock did not work because my truck is too old and has a lot of miles. He charged me $200 for scanning it with his small device plus the interlock uninstall, I paid a total of $600 and my truck is no longer working! It has been the worse experience I've ever had! He is unprofessional and disrespectful. Be very careful!

Go literally anywhere else for whatever needs you may have. In a roadside emergency, if this was the nearest place, I would pay extra to go somewhere else, far away from Gateway Auto Repair and the awful people who work there.These men are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with in any business transaction in my life. I did not go here expecting to have a red carpet rolled out for me, but even with low to no expectations, my experiences (yes, experiences, I had to work with them several times) were uniformly terrible. Their ability to make every single interaction from simply taking payment for their services, to answering basic questions (like where should I park my car while I wait?) unnecessarily confusing, stressful, and hostile is almost impressive, were it not so frustrating and upsetting to deal with. I am telling you - do not go here, for anything, ever.

Honestly don’t know how this place is still in business horrible customer service and flat out lazy I would never go back. Been using them for the last two years and what I have seen is embarrassing to all mechanics.
