Called in about a shirt right now and the cashier was a total c u next Tuesday. I don't say this lightly. We asked very nicely about a twisted metal shirt and she hung up on us, we called back she immediately said "we don't have anything like that okay?" And hung up before we could say anything. If you're having a bad day thats fine but don't take it out on your customers.

Some game pricing is too high in comparison with local retrogaming stores. They have a wide variety of games, consoles and accesories. They also have toys and games and collectibles. The attention was good!

Had an outstanding experience at this GameStop! Jack the salesperson was super patient with this clueless mama and answered every detailed question the kids had so they could spend their allowance with confidence they got their money’s worth. By the time we left, we’d had so much fun that we were already making plans to come back.Thanks for the great customer experience and for inspiring me to play with the kids even more!

Got there at 5:15pm I just needed a new headset, would of took 3 mins. She told me sorry you'll have to wait until 5:45 cause she's on break. But the store hours say plenty until 8pm. So going to buy somewhere else won't be back to GameStop for anything. Great customer service lol

This store is my hidden gem! My son loves everything Pokémon and this is my go to spot and I've been everywhere. I normally get great service no complaints. It's always pretty easy I go there and know exactly what I want then I buy and leave. However this last time not so much. The girl working was obviously not having the best day or maybe that's how she always is. It's a customer service job so if you aren't semi friendly or accommodating then why do it? All I asked was for a specific item and she goes and grabs the same item but from below. I tell her no I want this one and she responded with "does it matter?" and an eye roll. You know the look I'm talking about. I'm spending my money so I should get exactly what I want it's simple I wasn't asking for something outrageous. Just her whole attitude and the way she was is very off putting. Not to mention she was pissed about a customer phone call she just had and mumbled something under her breath. Prolly mad because they called and she had to answer questions. Management could give her some pointers for sure. I hope this is just one isolated issue and it won't be a on going thing.

The employee that I dealt with the three times I have gone is completely clueless. Think of a stoner from a cartoon. It's actually kind of funny, but thankfully I don't need his help. I just need him to scan the stuff i'm buying. With that said, they have a good selection of games.
