My husband had a crush injury to his foot, and broke some toes. We couldn't get in with the primary, so I thought we would try this instead. It's a great concept, but I would not recommend it when you need an x-ray! First off, my insurance is not going to pay for a mobile x-ray. Secondly, I was told we would have the x-ray results within a few hours And I still haven't gotten them and it's one day later! What good was it to do an x-ray in my home if you can't get the results for 24 to 36 hours? Would've been better off going somewhere to get an x-ray! Very frustrated!

We scheduled a home visit due to inability to be seen at a brick and mortar Urgent Care. I stumbled upon Dispatch Health and scheduled a home visit for between 7-9pm. We scheduled the appointment at 4pm same day. Dispatch was here at exactly 7pm, did a full medical assessment, flu test, covid test, and provided a work excuse letter. I was so impressed. This is a game changer for us with kids who don't have the immediate ability to go to an urgent care. Best part is they take most insurances!

6 days for PCR test results. By then it was irrelevant.

Not a good option for COVID testing. 6 days & still no results for my PCR test. UW testing sites are no more than 24 hours.

Quick and easy schedule. The team that came to the house was great despite a tricky situation. Very patient.

I've used Dispatch Health twice, once in 2020 (pre-COVID) and one in 2021. The medical care is okay, but their medical imaging subcontractor is TERRIBLE, unprofessional, rude, and constantly scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling not at the last minute, but generally after the 4-hour window they demand that a patient set aside is long over. The first visit, the medical team was quite helpful: they sent a very concerned nurse-practitioner and tech. The NP ordered follow-up X-rays -- and we spent a week and a half being expected to be constantly available for X-Ray techs who never showed up. This went on so long that the test order expired and needed to be reissued. We kept having to call Dispatch Health to ask them to move the process along. The second visit was far less pleasant. The nurse-practitioner kept trying to explain symptoms away, instead of adding them to the medical record. The tech could never manage to draw blood successfully. Then, once again, X-rays were ordered, and we were jerked around in scheduling for almost 2 days. At the end of the second day, the X-ray tech arrived with only a single, child-sized plate, despite the order's having been for 3 major body parts on an adult. Without asking my weight, she immediately told me that she couldn't do 2 of the 3 ordered body parts. As I am quite a bit smaller than the average American adult woman, I tried to have a conversation about it, so we could figure out a solution. The tech immediately became angry and abusive, continually refusing to perform the one X-ray that she had come prepared to do. She also refused to cancel the appointment and send someone else with the proper equipment. She just flew into a fury and stomped out of the house without carrying out any of the ordered tests at all. Ultimately, my PCP had to call around to find a mobile medical imaging company; Dispatch Health would not reorder the imaging. Nor would they even take a formal complaint -- once we worked our way up to a manager, she said that it was 100% the patient's responsibility to track down the mobile X-ray company (whose name we did not know) to complain. So much wasted time and energy!

I was super hopeful when I found this service but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The staff was friendly but in the end, they never came out for my appointment. I had a Friday appointment between 6:30 and 9:30pm. I was called at around 8:00pm to say that they would not be able to make it due to another appointment taking longer than expected. They asked about rescheduling so I asked about Sat. after 12 noon and said to please not call in the early morning hours. She said around 1pm would work. As I am sick and that's why I called to be seen, I slept until past 10am. I checked my phone and had a message at 6:40AM saying my appointment was pushed to between 1PM and 4PM. Nothing about me having to call them back. They never showed. I called at 8pm to make sure I was not charged anything because I had given them by HSA number as requested. The "care ambassador" said she'd check and apologized. They had canceled my appointment because I didn't answer the phone - at 6:40AM on Sat.!! She said she'd pass me to a supervisor since I was unhappy and I was on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. I confirmed they did not charge me as they shouldn't have. I'm thankful for that.

I have a chronic illness & have to be treated at the hospital in the ER sometimes. Today I had a really bad migraine & nausea with vomiting. 2 medical professionals came out & did labs , gave me IV fluids for dehydration & nausea meds. I was able to stay at home & be treated . I would have had to go to the ER. They're even billing my insurance. I am so happy to have found this awesome service & will always try to use them instead of the ER. Thank you so much for you help !!!! Best thing ever !!!

Dispatch Health charged me $65 copay for a visit when they told me that under my insurance, it would have a $0 copay. They refused to change my bill and do not have a charity care or financial assistance program.

I tired to schedule an appointment to c a dr at home. Well I just found out they discriminate against state insurance like medicaid. The women on the phone asked me lost of questions to get me an appointment to c a dr then when she got to the insurance section that's when she mentioned they no-longer accept my insurance.I let her know right away that's discrimination! Their medical professionals and they shouldn't b discriminating.
