As a first time homebuyer, Caleb went the extra mile to explain everything to me thoroughly. I especially love how he breaks costs down into charts so that you can easily see comparisons. We had a great experience working with Caleb to secure financing for a home purchase in Everett. The communication was excellent; Caleb was always ready to jump on a call and answer all of my questions. During the holiday season, my wife and I like to reflect back upon the reasons we have to be grateful. One that we consistently reflect upon is our good fortune. We have been blessed in many ways, but it hasn’t been until recently that we realized it really isn’t ‘good fortune’ that we have to be grateful for, it is for people like Caleb. He has helped us through one home sale, two home purchases, and a refinance. We have worked with Caleb three times over the past 4 years and we've been completely impressed with him each time. He stays on top of all the details while being easy going and flexible to communicate with clients in whatever way works for them (we ended up doing a combo of e-mails, phone calls and text messages throughout our loan closing). When we signed at escrow earlier this week the escrow officer asked who our loan officer is and how she could work with him more. She said she had never done a closing that was so smooth, well organized and timely. You will never regret working with Caleb and Northpointe.

Caleb is amazing! He helped us navigate a very unique mortgage situation and walked through MULTIPLE scenarios multiple times. He mapped out many emails, made himself available on the phone and in person whenever possible. We actually found a house and put in an offer while he had spotty reception on vacation and STILL made himself available. Caleb is a pleasure to work with, anyone who chooses to work with him is lucky!!

When I was suddenly made aware that I had less than 30 days to find a new place to live, Caleb was unfazed. He cooly, calmly, and confidently said we could find and close on a place in less than 4 weeks, and he was right! He did a great job at providing timely and reasonable options each step of the way, and never tried to push extra products or loans. Working with Caleb was great and made a potentially chaotic process a breeze!
