I've worked with this bank for a year as a business owner and I have never once been able to have somebody pick up the phone. When I press zero to talk to a banker it has told me for a year straight that they are with customers.Every single time I've gone in there I've seen new staff. The turnover rate at this branch is a cancer on Wells Fargo's name worse than the 2008 crisis that they caused.Go to banner open a account.

Must be nice to call a three hour workday day work, what's the point of even opening on Saturdays. Fingers crossed I can actually get my check cashed Monday, 4th attempt. I hate wells Fargo I'm so glad the company as a whole is going under

How is this bank still open for business? I recommend closing it or entirely new management. Only 2 tellers at 3 o'clock on a Tuesdat. The line went to the door and then wrapped atleast 15 people 2 the side. Close to 30 people waiting on only 2 tellers. I spent 30 minutes standing in line to make a deposit and request a new card. The card they were supposed to send still has not shown up. The manager tells me I am going to have to move to the side and wait for her to help me at another desk because there are people in line. I said I was one of those people and just spent 30 minutes waiting to get here and you want me to go over there and wait again? I could not believe that my time spent in line was disregarded and since the price of ice cream is similar to the price of gold, I had to leave because I could not wait another 30 minutes while my ice cream melted in the car. Its time to change banks. All these negative reviews should be getting someone's attention. The only reason your in business is due to the money your customers put in your bank. We trust you not only with our money but our time.

I'm in my 60th yr of life and have been doing business banking for 37 yrs. THIS bank has consistently been the absolute worst for service in all my banking experiences, and I have been going to this branch for 6+ yrs! (Any of the usually, ONLY two available Tellers have always been nice; WHEN I finally get to one.) I cannot count how MANY times the line for getting to a teller has literally been out the front door... The drive thru is often; "NOT OPEN TODAY".The turnover for bankers is very high. When I HAVE needed to speak to a banker they are ALWAYS unavailable. I have tried to make an in person appointment and have been rudely told "No", that they DON'T do it that way. They ONLY schedule thru an app or online.(What about the computer ignorant elderly or any aged computer illiterates, who don't know how to use the modern computer tools? What an INSENSITIVE & REDICULOUS POLICY!!!) When I have tried to schedule on line appointments, they are only available 9-4 Mon-Fri (When I'm working) No Saturday appointments UNLESS I want to book about a MONTH in advance. I have literally tried to call the Local Mount Veron Branch over 20 times at various times during the week and on Sat in this past week; THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! (AND that's also what i heard from the 800 service banking Reps who say they CANNOT GET THRU by phone AS WELL!) AND when I've called; after I'd wait for 10 min on hold for someone to answer; their phone system automatically hangs up...Leaving one feel real special.I DO hope that an Executive in charge of customer service reads this review...My suggestion is that YOU Read EVERY 1 star review CAREFULLY; (for every 1 person who DID leave a review, I can assure you that there were 10 MORE people who had similiar experiences that DIDN'T leave a review) and ask yourself: "WHAT can be DONE to CORRECT the consistent problems that this branch has been having for YEARS?" Either you WILL correct the ongoing issues at this location OR you will continue to lose clients; like ME who are fed up with such POOR service. (It appears by by my observations over the years of the "services rendered", that walkin clients are just NOT important to W.F.?) The current Google rating for this Branch is 2.6 stars (That's a "D-"!) and in my observation THAT'S a little higher than the Branch DESERVES...If I could leave a 1/2 of a star rating, I would; which would be the equivalent of leaving 2 cents on the table for a crummy waitress. So, there is my two cents worth. Now for those of you who read this all the way to the end; get ready for the computer generated "Response" to my review on the next window. I'm sure it will be a bot response and the likelihood that AN ACTUAL Human Being from W.F. ACTUALLY responds to me in ANY significant way is VERY minimal; JUST LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE...LOL!

I actually reviewed about a week ago in frustration because of my on line account not working but today David in wells fargo deserves 5 stars for his patience and time he spent with me on getting my account to work online. I definitely recommend David if anyone needs any help with there banking!

I am beyond frustrated. I don't know why wells fargo has an online app you're supposedly suppose to be able to access so you can do what you need to do but it works one day than the next it's not? The app is very useful for me because the location from wells fargo to where I live is a 45 minute drive and it's a lot easier for me to access my banking online so I can pay my bills. And when I call customer service they can't help me. They just tell me to go into the branch. Well today the branch I need to go closes early and like I said I don't live that close so I need to wait now till Monday to go there. It's really inconvenient and I understand banks need security but it's my account and I would of liked the person at customer services to assist me a bit more than to just tell me to go to the bank.

Very disappointed in this bank, feel like a third world bank when you walk into it, always new tellers, new manager. I love my experience at Sedro Woolley bank until they closed it. They the same people all the time we all knew each other by name here in Mount Vernon it's a joke

Ester is one of the most professional employees at Wells Fargo. Her dedication to the company is obvious and she is beyond knowledgeable. She is always incredibly helpful and sincere. What a great person and member of your team, WF. Don’t take an employee like her for granted.

We use Wells Fargo because of the majority of our income is generated out of town and we need access to a bank that is everywhere. Many years ago, this was a wise decision for us. Today, not so much. From a closed down drive thru to only 2 tellers on, when the line is out the door, because Wells Fargo wants to force everyone onto the app or to the cash machine is unacceptable. If we wanted that type of service we would be at BECU. We cannot deposit our checks at the Stanwood WF branch because our main business account is not there and they don't want our money.....apparently. Our debit card was compromised within 20 minutes of using the cash machine outside the Mount Vernon branch. (WF did take care of those charges, promptly.) The cash machine sits on the backside of a brick wall where the security guard cannot see the machines or the customer using them. We've been harassed by street people, begging for money, while using the machine The cash machine area is always filthy, from nappy machine screens to garbage, everywhere. even cash machine parking needs to be cleaned up. WF needs to move the cash machines to a more visible area to the security guard and front door cameras. Wells Fargo needs to think about the decisions being made, the area they are in and the safety and convenience of their customers. 2 1/2 stars to this location for the condition they are in today. However, 5 stars to a few of their long term employees(they know who they are) for making the best of the hand Wells Fargo deals the employee with new rules and regulations at the expense of the customer.

Drive-thru closed. I'm disabled and can't stand in line. I'll be closing my accounts and going elsewhere.
