First I must State , I only was at store helping Elder friend she shops there I do not. Also I am Stage 4 Colerectal Cancer survivor.On the day of November 17th I had to wait for Elder friend to get her items put in her car. She orders and picks up.I have some troubles from surgery to remove lower intestine section for Cancer...so when I have digestive trouble I must get to men's room and toilet fast. At 63 and on bad legs this is hard. I could not find stall open so went to rear of store.This was at 13: 45 hour.I rushed to rear bathroom and found it occupied. I begged the 2 persons if one could let me use toilet ASAP.. A young 20 year old man popped out of one stall and he was verbally abusive and threatening. This Young Man ..is a WALLMART EMPOYEE ..I had to use the toilet fast. I got in out no accident with twisted guts.The problem is the Young Employee came back in Restroom threatening me , and raising his voice.I am 63 and Disabled... I had to endure the RUDE VERBAGE and Threats from WALLMART EMPLOYEE.I tried to explain my situation and the damage to my BODY from Reconstructive Surgery.This Young man..small wiry and very angry ...simply said quote : " I do not care about your sickness or Surgery damage. I tried my best to calm him and explain.Outside restroom 2nd WALLMART Employee standing there a younger woman..in her late 30's I tried to explain...and calm the Young man..and Her now too. No avail.As a Cancer Survivor , and customer I was ORDERED ...to leave.My crime : SURVIVING STAGE 4 CANCER. My attending medical issues stem from muscle / nerve destruction. That was my price to LIVE. For this and my struggles the Employees at WALLMART were rude thoughtless and angry and very vocal to me.At 63 and a survivor .. I do not reccomend any person with my former Cancer ...to even go in that rude thoughtless and shallow...Reprehensible store.The Employees are Rude and do NOT care about others.The young man yelling at me ..wore a huge Silver Cross...maybe Christian but Not again.. Not Christ like person..AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS...WYNNCO in Bellingham and Marysville much better establishment. Cancer Survivor since 2012 ... Chris.

I waited an hour to get someone's attention. Every spot has the same phone number to call, yet no one answers the phone. When I finally got help (an hour later) I was told the number is a cell and gone and they don't answer it, nor do they return calls. So I ask why the voicemail message states to leave name and number and an associate will return the call. Apparently they just don't answer the phone. Fire them. If they can't do their job, you're paying them for nothing. I called the store and explained that I can't reach anyone to pick up my order. She put me on hold to speak to a manager. After 8.5 minutes, I call back to find out she hung up on me. Apparently at this point, no one can help me. This is the first time I've used pickup because I'm tired of being accosted on my way out the door to see my receipt. If you're so worried about people stealing, put employees back to work at the register and ring my groceries through like other stores. Of course my opinion doesn't matter. I'm one person in a million. The difference is, I'm tired of being treated like a common criminal when I go into the Walmart, waiting for an hour to get someone's attention because store employees don't answer the phone number posted to pickup an order is unacceptable - I'm done. I'm not shopping at the Walmart ever again. It's too stressful and the experience is intolerable. It's about choices and my choice is to give another store my hard earned money. I don't need this store in my life.

Customer service is 0 to nonexistent. I tried asking questions to a few employees and was ignored. The employees walk around like zombies. Not one smile from any employees. I was there for about 40mins. Would not recommend this place to shop. Also you have to buy one of there grocery bags in order to put your belongings into. I was shopping for a 82 year old person who has dementia.

fuck walmart i'm in there every fuckin morning buying shit for my special needs child. self checkout machine spits my change out. than a worker takes my 5 bucks an puts it in another machine. the machine read i was short 76 cents. supervisor was a real batch. so was the bald fool at the door. i'm not a fuckin their..... fuck this store. store doesnt even pick up their phones anymore. the way there is many problems at the walmart in mount vernon, wa. that should if been 1 location to close down. i suffer from severe ptsd. its my disability. since the fuckin idiots there rose my ptsd for no reason. my attorny will send walmart coorprate the medical bill. fuck mount vernon wa walmart.

COMPLETELY incompetent delivery service!! We've given them chance after chance after chance to make up for all of their faults, and tonight is the straw that broke the camel's back. In the past, we've had the following issues: Late delivery, cancelled without notification, 24 hour delay, rotten vegetables, rotten fruit, melted and re-frozen ice cream, fully melted ice cream, thawed out frozen meals, sliced ham when whole ham was ordered, whole turkey when sliced turkey was ordered, SOMEONE ELSE'S DELIVERY dropped on my doorstep while my order was taken somewhere else, bizarre substitutes unrelated to the item ordered, the list goes on. Whenever we called to question or complain, the woman who answers the phone (same voice every time) was rude and unprofessional. All we ever got for our troubles was a "whoops, here's $5-$20 off your next order".Tonight, I put in a delivery order at 1 pm, and the app told me it would arrive at 6pm. At 6:40, I was informed the delivery would be 2 hours late. At 8:30pm, I called to ask where my dinner was, and the staff let the phone ring for a full 5 minutes before their machine hung up on me. I called back, got transferred to their delivery department, and the delivery department ALSO let their phone ring ceaselessly for over 6 minutes before I finally hung up. I tried to call back, and nobody answered. Relative called and was told there were no drivers because the snow was "so bad". I can still see the yellow lines on the road, so it's not even a quarter of an inch thick. Apparently, they switched delivery services last month, to a company that doesn't even have drivers in our area! I'm disabled and can't drive to the store, so how am I supposed to get any of my essentials if their drivers are scared of a thin layer of snow?Completely incompetent, it's a miracle they're still in business.

I went to do photos, NO HELP. Good thing brought Grandson, who also ended up helping other people needing help. One worker told us the lady who worked there and know SO much (I liked her just don't remember her name was at Mt. Vernon Photo in Washington- and was good at her job) Well she retired and Walmart wouldn't let her teach anyone else what to do. Now I am 5 days out (of a same day pick up) and NO ONE can figure out what the heck there doing. I'm 80 and don't want to waste gas, and time driving back and forth to find out if it's finished. Call but that's no good because 2 hours later and waiting no one answered the phone. Then when I finally get ahold of someone they don't know either and can't find recommend me call back TOMORROW! NOT Happy, worst service ever. Wish that one lady was back or Walmart teach someone some stuff. I guess gotta go somewhere else since now it's going on day 6 for same say pick up. Who do you call that will get there head out of the, association or corporate???

Next time you shop at this store pay attention to the prices of things, Then compare it with what you pay almost everything is more expensive then what it's labeled for. This store has been stealing from the community for a long time!

Went to this Walmart to get Vodka. Went to the alcohol section where a lady was waiting and said she had been waiting for 20 minutes after pushing the help button multiple times. Over the course of the next 30 minutes, associates were paged 4 times, several employees were talked to and no one came to help. By this time 10 customers were waiting with no end in sight. I was even told by one employee to ask someone else for help and when I asked her to page someone, she told me she was to shy to use the intercom. We finally left. Piss poor service. Prime example why minimum wage needs to stay where it is. Minimal service gets minimal pay!!

Used the pickup service and it was amazingly fast from moment called in to them bringing it out. Haven't been inside this one but the whole outside of building seems almost new, everything nice and clean and bright. But, it still is walmart and this is one of the nicer looking ones have been to.

I had a situation where my one hour photos were lost andNo one could find them for a week and my online order was delayed. The photos were for a very important event and when I called the calls kept getting dropped, I walked in and didn't get anywhere until I talked to one of the managers named Brenda. She was an angel. She understood how badly I needed these photos and looked all over until she found them. She took care of everything, she called me back, followed through was apologetic and was a total godsend. I have faith in Walmart's customer service again because of her. Yes they dropped the ball with the pics and the other people that didn't call me back but she saved the day! Thank you Brenda!!

If you like shopping always having to look over your shoulder. Go ahead, that might be for you, but it aint for me. Donald Trump has half of his Washington supporters here. Racial profiling people and ignoring me as if theyre above helping me. No, they dont social distance here. Theyve stopped me to ask to check my receipt and my bag. And yeah, half of their public restrooms dont work. With so much attitude, this lady agreed to help me. Like please, the attitude isnt needed. Why give it out.

This store does absolutely nothing about people under the influence. A lady at customer service was high as a kite and not a single employee or security did anything. I had to hold my 5 year old so she couldn't see this lady flailing around. I work retail and we would have kicked her out to make other customers more comfortable. People that high are extremely unpredictable and are a danger to themselves and people around them. This store should be absolutely embarrassed.

At this Walmart in Mount Vernon Washington people are allowed To not wear a mask or have the mask polled only around their mouth leaving their nose exposed and their children are allowed to run around without a mask

At night, the parking lot is full of wayward folks who are high. Don't visit this place after it gets dark. It was otherwise uneventful here and seemed like the average Walmart.
