Wow, what a great place! I needed running shoes for my middle schooler who just joined the Track team. Lana watched him walk back and forth, and then brought out 4 pairs of shoes. Then 7 times, my son put on a pair (or combination of pairs) and we went outside and Lana watched him jog up and down the block, and each time got a little clearer on which pair were the best. I'll be going back for sure next time anyone in the family needs shoes.

They are so nice and we're very helpful they are the place to go for your feet. I will be saving money by shopping there from now on. I bought a pair of oofos and there great my feet feel so much better from the start. Thank you so much

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves accolades!!! I love getting my quality shoes and socks here and have done so for years!! Dansko's and compression socks for work, Balega socks for outdoor activities, Hoka hiking boots, and even lovely, leather European sandals comfortable for walking yet stylish enough to wear with a summer dress (along with the fun Goodr sunglasses I got from them too)! Not only that, most of these things were on sale when I bought them because they have sales frequently. For instance, I walked in yesterday and not only we're they having a sale on what I was looking for AND all the staff were in fun costumes for Small Business Saturday, but I also got to play a game while checking out that ended with me winning a gift card that covered almost my whole purchase I was making for family members (this is a great place for sucking suffers too)!PLUS, they have other things that are wonderful like electrolyte pills for my summer hikes, Goodr sunglasses, running accessories like the magnetic flashing reflectors I just bought from them, a bunch of Naked Bee products (including coconut honey chapstick, one of my favorites that sometimes is hard to find) just because a customer said she loved them and couldn't find them in the past... so they have been getting them ever since.They are the quintessential, high quality, at a great value foot needs store plus more that should be everybody's local go to for these kinds of items, AND the ladies who work there and the owner are so friendly and helpful. If you haven't checked them out or been there in awhile, get in there!!!

Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable! I popped in a whim looking for shoelaces and ended up buying the cutest pair of slides from a great brand I have never seen before. Their overall selection is way better than anywhere I have seen! Will definitely return next time I am in the market for shoes!

My story: Came in here with my daughter, who has decided to try Cross Country at her HS, and was greeted quickly. I explained our situation and was quickly and professionally addressed. My daughter's feet were measured and our representative went in back and came out with about 6-7 pairs of shoes to try. They encouraged my daughter to run in the store to get a better feel for the shoes. Our salesperson helped by giving suggestions on how to narrow down the selection to what ended up being her choice of shoe.Bottom line: Unparalleled Customer Service!! The staff was personable and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. They were able to engage both me and my daughter. I didn't know customer service like this still exists! Get your next pair of running shoes here!!

I am neither outdoorsy nor active so coming out to WA state and hiking in these beautiful mountains had my feet screaming. They hurt so bad!! I did a quick internet search and the next day I walked into this shop and discovered the knowledge and kind shop owner who took the time to measure my feet. The 3rd pair I tried on was like a little piece of heaven for my feet. I was sold. They were even so nice to indulge an outgoing southern girl in conversation for a bit and further uplifted my soul. This place and the ladies that work there—are a gem. Don’t hesitate to stop by if you need footwear, you will not be disappointed. If I could give them a million stars I would.

Went to Skagit Running Company today. What an awesome experience! They took the time to measure and evaluate my feet, my walk and stride and helped me pick the best shoes. Who knew I was wearing the wrong size and same shoes for so long? Not to mention the wrong socks! I felt pampered and appreciated. It was like shopping with a knowledgeable fun friend!

Sometimes a bright light shows up in a dark situation. That's a tired metaphor, and a bit dramatic, but Skagit Running Company was that. Here's the story: I was trying to be a good husband and get my wife's Christmas gift early, and on sale. Mission accomplished Christmas Day she puts on the boots I got her, in the size she wears, and they were too snug. Bummer. To make a long story less long than it needs to be, returning them, finding a pair to try on, then ordering them on the site of the brand in the right size was going to be a big pain in the place where the sun don't shine. In steps Skagit Running Company (pun intended ) to save the day. My wife brought in the boots, found the same pair in the size she needed, exchanged them, and saved us both the pain of return/refund/search/hope/buy Thanks Skagit Running Co for being the bright light in the small spot of looming darkness in our lives. We won't forget you.

This place is excellent, Very helpful! I'm not a runner, but I have a job where I always stand on my feet.They were very helpful. They have fun, fashionable shoes that are as comfortable as they are cute.
