Complete and total rip off. This is the first gas station we found off the freeway, and I grudgingly paid five dollars (well, $4.999) a gallon for gas. Turns out most of the local gas stations on the same day were charging about $4.30 to $4.50. Unfortunately this is not uncommon with Shell gas stations. I should have known better!

Took my car here for a car wash and paid the top wash to get the tires and rims cleaned and it looks the same as before I drove it through. I tried calling the number in file to request a refund and the ovine just rings and there no option for voice mail or no email listed. Not happy and feel like I just got scammed!

The coin vacuum on the right side as you drive towards it- has poor suction.Both hoses were duct-taped instead of replacement with new hoses and nozzles.

Have got my car washed there twice this month. Both times they left the car dirty. Won't go back. Time to go to new car wash.

Hard to get in and out of location, the best part of coming here was being close to the freeway and that didn’t seem as convenient as initially thought when we were on our way out. The driveway to exit seems like a collision waiting to happen if you’d like to take a left or go straight across the street to the Lowe’s parking lot when exiting this gas station. Card reader for gift cards actually worked here, and we didn’t have to run inside is why I gave the decent rating. But since we didn’t need service inside the station their employee standing out front acted as if we didn’t exist. Definitely not the best service here but it got the job done.

My car was damaged today using this car wash! Scraped the rear door! I had my car wash and went and put gas in my car on College Way - and the door panel had been scraped! I brought my car back and showed it to them and guy said nobody else complained about damage and walked away! They should be shut down! This is at least a couple thousand in damage to my door!

Inconvenient location. Hard to get out of. Pumps are very slow. The buttons on the pumps don't work well. Receipts are not available at the pump. A lot of wasted time dealing with the equipment and going inside get receipt. On top of the inconveniences the gas is extremely expensive compared to other gas stations even other Shell gas stations. The proximity to the freeway makes it look like an easy stop but it actually isn't because the street is very busy and hard to get out of.
