I go here to buy Copenhagen. Since it's been an Arco, they try and sell me outdated Copenhagen every time I go in, like over a month outdated. I will tell them I don't want outdated Copenhagen and the cashier takes all the outdated ones off the shelf looking for one that's not expired. The very next time I go in, all the expired Copenhagen with exact same expiration date is back on the shelf, and they try to sell it to me again. This has happened 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I'm going to find a different store going forward. Any owner who continues to try and sell expired goods should be investigated for compliance with local state laws.

I realize this store is primarily the hispanic population,however it would be professional if the person behind the counter or on the phone can at least understand and speak english! Makes sense this place has 2.7 stars versus 3.6 right up tstreet. Hmm

Just stopped for water, I picked one up that was under $2. I had two $1 bills and a $20, after tax the water was $2.16. The gentleman behind the counter told me to not worry about it and he'll just take the $2. Will have to stop by again to make sure I pay him back, very kind of him to do this.

1:30 am I show up to buy a beer for home. Sign says shift change back in 10 minutes. He must be extremely thorough or stupid it's 2:05 AM he's still not done. Hell, besides me there's only one other vehicle here, his. He's dancing around and taking his time, third time he counted the cash drawer. Annoyed about the beer,it's almost 2:15 and he hasn't gotten any further than counting his till again and writing notes down. Can't blame the store for having twits work for them. Sure you can! They're overpriced but close by and I've never had this closed door problem before. That guy needs to find a new job soon I hope.

Worst customer service ever, she first had to finish reading her phone, then continued to yawn while trying to figure out the answer my question. She never did give me an answer. Very very unprofessional attitude and appearance.

7/19/21 6am No restroom. I politely asked the cashier where I might find a local restroom and she said “I work HERE I wouldn’t know. ?♀️? I’ll be buying my fuel elsewhere.

Great market! I just wish they would get rid of the Subway in the store. They are not a good place to eat. The market is great. Nice employees. Always helpful.

Absolutely awful customer service, they would not let me check out without a mask even with a medical exemption and the lady at the front was extremely nosy and rude. Don’t give them your business, it’s not worth supporting nasty people like them.

Overall the store is clean, but the young man working was rude and blunt, rushes customers haphazardly and rude when trying to ask him a question. As a new customer in a new store, one should expect politeness not rudeness. 9am March 5th

watch out when you buy anything from this store They will have prices advertised on the shelf and not honor them at the register unless you catch them - they have been ripping me off for a while and I only just noticed it is only a dollar every time but it adds up and they KNOW they are doing it and wont correct it in their system. In Fact TODAY when I asked after it happen 3 times in a row now ,the clerk got pissy with me ,SHAME on me for expecting them to honor the prices they advertise and for expecting them NOT to rip me off but fix the pricing error in their system ! The clerk treated me like s*** because I was upset that once again I was almost ripped off by their store ! I asked about the owner / manager and that REALLY pissed off the clerk she became nasty and curt "FINE HE IS IN TOMOOROW TALK TO HIM IF YOU THINK IT WILL DO ANY GOOD ! .. I go in that store nearly everyday and to be treated like garbage because I want to pay what the advertise price is WOW I wonder how many other items are being falsely advertised and how many people are getting overcharged at the register - who's job is it to ensure the proper pricing gets imputed into their system I wonder perhaps the clerk who got all pissy with me when I asked about it ....hmmmmmm

Items are over priced and not marked with those prices. Manager is very rude. They charge "sales tax" on grocery items that don't have sales tax. I'm sure that they keep that money.
