There are not many issues other than the somewhat small lab and waiting room, but don't listen to the racist weirdos complaining about poc there are alot of entitled annoying white people around here who have done or are actively doing worse than simply reminding people of the rules

Arrived for 7:50am appointment to get a glucose test. They didn't even have the drink I needed on hand. Wanted me to go another location and pick it up myself but it's like twenty minutes away. Interior space where blood draws are taken was dirty and disorganized, plus the technician clearly had showered in days. All around a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

This location is unreliable for scheduled visits. A few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for today, Monday 7:40 at this location. I arrived at 7:30 and was prompted by a text to check-in, even though the door was locked and the room looked dark. At 7:40 I received a text saying it had been canceled and the location was closed for maintenance. The store was open and no building maintenance was being performed.I suspect the staff couldn’t make it to work and just canceled this to cover up. There was also another patient waiting.Locations with just 1 staff should have a backup replacement.

Nothing like being kept waiting well past your appointment time and then asked to reschedule (when not possible) because there's not enough time. Then when you express your frustration at this continued problem, you are insulted and treated with disrespect. Will NEVER return.

This is the best blood draw experience I've ever had! He found my vein immediately (which never happens to me). It was almost painless and he made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process.I was worried after seeing all the bad reviews, but I would absolutely go back.

I am terrified of needles, so I need the person taking blood from me need to be quick and kind and gentle. Today I went to Quest inside of Safeway to have blood drawn. I told the guy I was terrified of needles, and all he said was, 'everyone is afraid of something'. So cold. And then he kept telling me to put my feet on the floor, but the chair was so high I couldn't reach the floor. And he just kept taking my arm, and then stuck me, but was having some kind of issue. It just kept happening. Finally 8 asked him if he was done, and he said not yet . The needle was in my arm, but no blood in the vial. So I told him to stop, because I was starting to have a big anxiety attack. I got my purse and sweater and I was out of there,. I was shaking so much it was hard to walk. Anyway, I will never go back there. This place sucks!!! Don't go there!!

Quite honestly, if I could've given this visit to quest diagnostics in Mt Vernon (Safeway) a zero, I would've. To start I went to register (as a walk in) and accidentally knocked off the plastic tray that holds your ID. Unable to figure out how to get it back on I placed it on the desk, preparing to let a person who works there know. The Nigerian(?) gentleman came out and asked "who did this?" before walking into their bathroom. After he came out he asked again who did it. As I was trying to explain he began to berate me, saying "you had to have used force". After multiple attempts to explain and then other customers who were witnesses trying to come to my defense this professional (term used loosely) refused to hear what we were saying. He then told the customer who went in after this berating "you have to make an appointmen. That's the only way...", when clearly their automated message states an appointment isn't necessary. I walked out and went to Urgent Care where I received quality service. I'll never be back to this place.

Went there today, we scheduled our appointment online. The black bald man working there (I was told he’s name is Gedeon) is the rudest person ever. Told us we needed to be there exactly on time for our appointment , funny because we registered 2 minutes before our appointment. He said he was supposed to do the blood test exactly on our schedule time, but my question is how was he supposed to do that if he had another patient in the room ??♀️. We patiently waited for him to be done. He was rude and said “you need to be here on time because you are not the only ones, we have more people” funny again because we were the only ones in there. Then he leaves because in was time for his break ? it was not even 10 am and he was already frustrated.I hate to leave bad reviews, but this person really desirves it. If he doesn’t like he’s job he should go do something else ??♀️ I will be requesting a refund because we had already paid for the tests.

Today a man with an accent was so mean and rude to me. I knocked on his door as the door was not closed all the way and I could see him. The check in stated it would be an hour wait and I needed to ask if that was correct. I came on the bus and I couldn't wait an hour. He came out in the waiting room yelling at me. I left in tears. Iv never seen him here before. And I will never come back. 6/12/2023. 7:30 am

I went to the Quest Diagnostics Lab in Mt Vernon WA on May 23rd for a blood test. The test was a follow-up for tracking a cancer diagnosis I received 3 years ago. It's been 96 hours (4 days) since the test and I haven't received one word from Quest! In this modern age, how is it possible to move this slow when it comes to a simple blood test?? I'm very disappointed in Quest. On a more positive note however, the facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

I use the mount vernon quest at safeway. I used to love it there. When they opened they always had two people working and it was fast and easy. The last few times there is always a different person working. Probably high turn over. Also each time I go the place is a little dirtier then be for. I hope they read this and address it but I doubt it.

I have always been treated with respect in this and the Woolley location. They use “pediatric” needles , as I have small and stingy veins. I have never encountered anyone being unkind. I have always thought they were nice, as well as really professional. Thank you for your service!

Excellent experience here!! The technician, Ashley, had trouble finding my order in her computer and went above and beyond to locate it. We ended up having to have my doc fax the lab order directly to her. She was so patient while we tried to find the paperwork. No pain at all during the blood draw and the most minimal bruising I’ve ever experienced after a draw. Thank you thank you for an awesome experience!!
