“I've only written a few reviews in my life, but after my experience last week, I had to write a review about the amazing service I received from Natasha in the Print/Copy/Photo department.

I came from about an hour away to have something printed for a memorial service. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication between the person I spoke with the previous day on the phone and the staff that day, and it seemed like what I needed was going to be a much longer/ more involved process than I had been told. I was stressed, and I'm sure a little rude. Natasha was so kind and really went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. It wasn't like she had nothing else to do, either! She was BUSY running around taking care of other customers, answering the phone. She was so kind and thorough with everyone.

My husband and I have both worked for decades in restaurant customer service and I really hope that everyone in charge over there knows what a rockstar gem of an employee they have!!”

“I needed a new printer for my studio. After shopping around at Costco and Best Buy I ended up at Office Depot. I was helped right away, and the customer service rep knew the printer really well. Office Depot had a good selection of printers. After doing some home research I returned to purchase a printer and again, I was helped right away, which was the complete opposite of my experience at Best Buy (look for review soon). I am having great luck so far with my new Brother printer. I have always had good luck with Office Depot, the staff is very helpful and supportive. An easy five star review!”
