Our old Ford Ranger suddenly lost its AC. Premier had good ratings and is open 7 days a week! The owner saw the car on Saturday, demonstrated the cause to me in a few minutes, ordered the part and installed it today, Sunday! That is hard to beat. He seems very honest and explains everything. I asked him about any other issues with our 26 year old truck. He pointed out some problems that should be addressed but none were immediate necessities. I plan to go back and have the work done there. Highly recommend.

Azeem did such a great job on my car and customer service was outstanding!! I really appreciate the hard work and how well they went over things in detail. I had came here after an oil change gone wrong at Vasoline. I will never take my car any where else but here! Best trusted service and prices! If you need a car mechanic come here!! He's the best

It was pouring rain on a Sunday as I was driving to Seattle from Blaine down I-5. My alternator/battery light was on, the car starting losing power and I pulled off at Mt Vernon. Was I ever lucky, as Premier Auto Repair was open on a Sunday. AAA towed me to the lot -- and the mechanic / owner (Azeem) replaced the alternator (which was completely dead) and the battery which showed a low health rating. The AAA driver had warned me that I would probably get gouged, as it was a rainy Sunday and I didn't have any other options. Not so -- for the replaced alternator & battery, I charged a fair amount and I was back on the road within 2 hours. I have since taken my car to the folks in Seattle who maintain it and they checked things over and said that he had done a good job -- and they agreed that it was a fair price. I am so grateful that Azeem was open and available to help me.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Will take advantage of you. Family member needed ignition coil replaced on car. Brand new unopened replacement OEM ignition coil was supplied. They refused to use the supplied parts and installed a knock off brand. Also charged family member additional parts which they didn't actually install. Family member was just trying to get home on long weekend. Got a quote from dealership following week and it was less than half the price for labour and parts. Ended up going to dealership 13 days later anyways because knock off brand part failed. Vehicle has been running great for over a month since dealership installed OEM part. Furthermore, that family member tried leaving a bad review and this dealership deleted the review and blocked the family member

I decided to try someplace new for my scheduled oil change. I had become unhappy with the dealership, after going there for years. I read the reviews and picked Premier Auto. I was extremely pleased with their service and their assessment of my vehicle. I will make Premier my new go to for all my automotive needs. I would highly recommend Premier if you are looking for an honest and friendly place to service your vehicle(s).

Came up to Anacortes from Coeur d’Alene in our RV to boar shop and had to go to Premier Auto Repair after we realized our RV was leaking gas. We got help right away. The mechanic dropped what he was doing to help us out. We needed a factory part, but he managed to fix the leak enough for us to be able to get home. Total lifesaver and no charge! Then RJ hooked us up for a great lunch spot at Rockfish Grill. We’re loving Anacortes already. Thank you RJ!

Treated me like a criminal when they messed up running my card, said they refunded me on accident, didn't refund me anything and still wanted me to pay double to "repay". Took getting an official letter from my bank to get them to stop demanding a double payment. Talked to me like I intentionally didn't pay at pickup when I stated multiple time I had every intention of coming back to pay as soon as I could, which unfortunately was several days later as I have to work during the week. They were very nice at first but the disrespect towards me over something that wasn't my fault was ridiculous.

I took my Jeep to an auto repair shop that messed up. I became doubtful about car shops after all the bad experiences. I waited six months and finally gave it a shot again. Taking the Jeep to Premier auto repair shop on West side Mount Vernon was the best and luckiest day. Great service and I'll never go anywhere else.

The people were very nice and understanding of my car's issues. They fixed the problem and got it back to me in the time they said they would. They even gave me a ride home when I went to pick up the car it was $1,000 less than first quoted to me! And they also let me know that he could probably get the dent out of my car that was in it! BONUS!!? I would recommend them.

Premier is amazing! Azeem really cares about his customers and he knows what he’s talking about. I’ve always been afraid of mechanics taking advantage of me, but I can always trust Azeem to fix the issue without adding unnecessary repairs. I recommend him to everyone I know.My friend drove up from Seattle one day and her car broke down in town. I called Azeem shortly after he had closed, and he turned around and came back to the shop to look at her car and had it fixed the next day.Any time my car has given me trouble, I call the shop and they always have time for me. I really wanted to like these guys, seemed really cool.Unfortunately they told us our vehicle needed a new engine and quoted it at $12k.We had to move the vehicle to another shop. They fixed our vehicles fuel injector and gasket and it’s running. That cost us $1000.
