I called to confirm the documentation items I would need for my fingerprinting appointment, and Amanda picked up the phone so cheerfully, and she was so nice and helpful. I hadn't experienced that customer service from companies in a long time. When I arrives there 15 minutes later for my appointment, she started my appointment on time and again, with cheerful and friendly towards me.I just really appreciate her customer service and this was my very first visit there now that I'm new in town. I'll be sure to go back.
