We had Piper (our mini dauschun Maltese mix) groomed. She is Maltese in the hair department so her hair never stops growing. It had been a while so she was pretty long. With the hot weather, she needed some relief. We were able to get her am appointment within a few days. Sam was her groomer and we were very happy with the results and the way Sam interacted with Piper. All of the groomers seemed to really do well with the dogs but we were especially happy with Sam. She did exactly what we asked and I could tell she cares about the dogs she grooms.

Jessica does an amazing job grooming our furbaby! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! We have been coming to this specific location for the last year and half! We will definitely continue!

I try not to complain too much but long story short, the lady who was supposed to help me was rude and didn't give me the time of day... Overall, I was super disappointed and frustrated with Petco and don't have any interest in returning.

You have your local competitor beat when it comes to customer engagement. Both of you greet people upon entry, but only your staff followed up to check-in to see if we needed help. Your staff were attentive and really made the experience for my daughter memorable. Thank you!
