Amazing salon Julie, owner/stylist is one of a kind. She really listens and comes up with creative options. She truly is an artist. Tanya the front desk manager is equally kind and works diligently to make schedules work.

Great salon! Shannon is our favorite hairstylist. She makes us feel pretty. She is a professional with a great eye for what works and what doesn't. She is confident and she takes risks if you allow her. The vibe is fun. The building is super pretty and the receptionist, Tanya, is a sweetheart.Services: Haircut

Great salon, the whole experience from start to finish makes you feel special, and both haircuts I've gotten here were great. They are a little more expensive than other places in the area but the quality of the cut and the experience is worth it

They refuse those with ethnic hair. I wonder why. Today at about 12:30 p.m., my husband called this salon as a favor to me, to try and schedule an appointment for me. He started by saying, “Im calling to schedule a haircut for my wife.” The woman on the phone responded, “What”s her name? Has she ever been here before?” My husband responded, “No, she’s not been before, but she would love to get a haircut from Krystal.” The woman responded, “Unfortunately, she no longer works here.” “Do you have someone else?” he asked. To help the woman pair me to someone who's not intimitated by my hair type and in order to schedule an appropriate time slot length, he went on to say, “My wife is half black, and half white, her hair is not super curly but it’s more on the ethnic side. Do you have somebody who can cut this type of hair?” She quipped, “No we do not. Not at this time.” And then there was silence so they concluded the call awkwardly. In sum, nobody there can cut this type of hair. I wonder why. I’m 42 years old this is the first time I’ve been told a salon cannot provide a SIMPLE HAIRCUT. I traditionally go to all-white/anglo/caucasian stylists (being from Scottsdale, there is a prevalence of non-ethinic salons that have always helped me with my hair). In Scottsdale, they weren’t afraid of cutting hair, of a different hair texture. She wasn’t ask for a stylist to perform extensions, or a weave, or anything ethnic. Just a haircut. And even that, was too much for them. I wonder why. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions. So for the black girls in this community (even half black), this company cannot or does not want to serve us apparently.

Julie is the absolute best. The first time I sat down in her chair, I knew I’d be back! And I’ve been back many times over the last couple years. Went through a few duds to get to a gem, inside and out. She is hilarious and we mostly laugh and tell stories, but she also called me and encouraged me after I shared with her some disappointing news one visit. Go to Per Dona!

Great place to get a haircut. I used to go to a top Beverly Hills Salon when I lived in Los Angeles. Per Dona is equally good. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Shannon as I had relocated to WA not long ago and wasn't able to find a stylist I was happy with to cut my curly hair ... Well...Shannon is the bomb on all aspects and I couldn't say enough positive things about her skills , attitude and ability to listen . She nailed my haircut almost perfectly the First go around and because of her knowledge about curly hair , she took no offense to a tune up a few days later We will be tackling color next and I couldn't be more confident she will excel just as much with my tricky reds !

Went in to get a haircut. I asked for collarbone length hair and provided 2 pictures. I said I had to be able to put my hair in a pony tail for my job. I was open a bit to what she thought would be best for the layering and textures since she had so many years of experience.Walked out with my hair above my shoulders. Very disappointed it's not nearly the length I asked for, not to mention the safety hazard it will cause now with my hair in my eyes at work. I bought one item to help my hair but walked out paying just shy 100 bucks. I still tipped well for the service because her time is still worth something. Gave 2 stars because the cut she did looked ok but didnt come close to what I was asking for.Service: Haircut

Amanda is the best. I’m sure all of them are great. But Amanda performed miracles on my ever thinning hair. I walk in totally down in the dumps about my hair, thinking nothing can’t help it. Time after time, she proves me wrong. I have felt like 1 million bucks. She does these Tricks on my hair that makes it look thicker. I am lucky that I found her. Everybody there is so friendly and encouraging.

Got great advice about my hair from Julie, a terrific haircut, and a really fun chat. Will go here again!
