Read the reviews, don't just assume everyone writing these is full of it. Because that's what I thought. September 30th I traded in my 2010 hybrid ****** she ran great, I never had issues with it, I just wanted something nicer. I got a 2012 ****** 125K miles, I was thrilled. Flash forward 45 days (14 of which the car was not driven, we were out of state on our honeymoon)- the car shakes violently, hardly runs, gas gauge has a mind of its own. We were barely able to limp it home. Got it checked out and two of the cylinders have under half the normal compression reading- I was told I need a new engine. Made it a whole 45 days. I had hoped the dealership could help with something- anything. We just got married in October, it's been an expensive couple months. Replacement is typically 5-6K. I am now out a vehicle I JUST purchased. After back and forth, I was told that their shop could diagnose and maybe repair it for $3K. I can't afford that on a vehicle I just purchased. To top it off, they're now saying the car I traded in (which they've listed ridiculously high by the way) has a bad hybrid battery and keeps dying on test drives (again, I never had a problem with the car, honestly should not have traded it in to them). They said that the car I traded in is a total loss and they'd probably have to sell it at wholesale price. SAME, GUYS, SAME. Huh. Spend your money elsewhere. These cars are cheap for a reason and it is not worth this headache + having to pull from emergency funds and mortgage to figure out how to get to work after dropping a bunch of money on a Payless **************************** vehicle. What a waste of my time and money. Do better.

I purchased a car from one of the salesman, named Mitch, and he told me that my windshield would be replaced, because there is a big crack in it, yet they never bothered to try and replace it no matter how many times I talk to him about it. He also said he would take it to the mechanic next-door to take a look at it because the dash was lighting up with lights and there seems to be an electrical problem, along with the back window not working. I ended up dating this gentleman for a short period of time, and then he stole my car, trashed it to the point where it’s beyond repair, and then managed to switch out my battery and put a dead one in my car during his work hours. I talk to the other salesman (Leon), and sent him pictures of my car. I told him what happened, and then he got hostile and said “Stop sending me this mess I don't care” “Is something wrong with you” “stop texting me“ “You keep texting me I'm going to forward this to Snohomish police department I have nothing to do with you.”… yeah, I can’t believe they are still in business. Better business bureau, here I come!!!!

This place should seriously be shut down. These people have blood on their hands. The owner is completely corrupt and is not to be trusted and I don't know how he sleeps at night. Do NOT do business with them.

Do not go there, except to waste your time. Junk cars only for sale there. They sold me a car that ran long enough to get off the lot. Made no effort to rectify the situation.

We've bought two vehicles from these guys. They're honest about the condition of the vehicle and have reasonable pricing and financing. Definitely going here for our next set of wheels.

Very disappointed with this business! We test drove a vehicle and told the dealer that WE WERE VERY INTERESTED IN BUYING IT and that we would talk it over and call them the next day. I've texted and left 2 messages stating that we wanted to buy it and.......I've heard NOTHING!!!BAD BUSINESS
