Excellent service and the best tire shop especially for large rigs/rvs. Ben was the best they got us in fast took care of the issues and the price was fair. Highly recommend this shop Ben took good care of us.

I was in a panic as I was across the street at the bakery when I noticed that my back tire was almost to flat anyway he aired up my tire . Ben was just absolutely so kind and I was having a really bad day I appreciate you thank you so much

Ben was super helpful when I sprung a flat on the highway. Though he didn't have the tire he moved my flat to the back since my car is front-wheel drive and check the tire pressure all around.
This place is a must stop for any issues.

I drove behind a pomps truck on i5 last night and the loon must have been wasted. I called their phone number to tell them know this guy was all over the road and they told me they couldn't do anything bc they were an after hours dispatch. I asked if there were standard operating procedures in place if the driver was drunk and they just kept saying that they didn't know. This guy was going slow in the fast lane so I sped up on him and he kept brake checking me, blinding me with his spotlight, and then driving on the shoulder and speeding up to kick gravel on me. When is get in the right lane to pass, he'd speed up. This company is hiring dangerous people. This might be the kind of guy that kid naps a young girl late at night. I will NOT ever use them and will post this in every review forum that I can find until someone from there calls me back.

I've never had an experience as far as doing business with these folks. This is unusual, but it needs addressing.A few months ago, I was at a local drive in. Since I was out on calls for the day, I was driving a Honda CRV rather than my service van.While waiting for my food, a young man in one of your service trucks started calling out for the owner of the Honda. I let him know that was me, at which point he starts in on the front tires. Which were pretty thin on tread. He pointed that out, and when I told him I already bought a set of tires at Discount and was waiting for an appointment, he starts going on and on about how dangerous the tires were and that he could take care of them for me. I told him that I've been in the business for over 50 years, and didn't need his advice. Or his tires as they were already purchased.None of this stopped him. He kept going on and on. I explained it again that I owned the new tires and was waiting for an appointment. Like talking to a wall. I get his enthusiasm, but one thing I never do to a customer is tell them over and over how bad something is. I will illustrate the problem, but other than that, once I've informed my customer and they decline, I'm done.Thankfully, my food was ready and I took off.I get trying to make a sale. I do it every day. I used to sell million dollar plus boats. Pushy doesn't work. Not here and certainly not there. I held my tongue during the exchange. I really felt like lashing out at him, as this was the first break I had on this day and I started at 3am.I hope you can get some sales training for your staff. If you can't, you will lose customers like mad. I can't stand the Les Schwab hustle and this was worse.

We had a 100% flat steering tire on our 39ft class A motorhome on Sunday. Although we had to wait until Monday morning, GCR answered our call for help at 740am! The mobile tech arrived MUCH SOONER than expected and did a very thorough assessment, inflation and another evaluation before leaving. Turns out the flat was due to a failed valve stem. We are on the road as Happy Campers again!! Thanks to Devin our technician and GCR! We'll definitely use them again.
