NW Autobody repaired our car after a tree fell on it during a storm. They did such a fantastic job, it looked brand new when we got it back. They were professional and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone needing autobody work. It was also a fast turnaround, which was extremely nice!

They did a great job and did it quick. They went above and beyond repairing our car and found all the problems caused by the accident. Once repairs were done, they had the car aligned and washed. Office was professional and kept me updated along the way. Fantastic and one of the best kept secrets in the valley. Thanks guys!!!

I brought my car in to repair damage to the rear bumper and I had my keys in hand a week later! This was much faster than I had anticipated. Everyone was very friendly. They worked directly with my insurance company to coordinate all the details. They also coordinated with my rental car company to pick the car up directly from the shop, which was tremendously helpful when trying to manage pickup alone with a toddler. I am highly satisfied. I will use this shop for any future needs for my car. Thank you NW Autobody!

My family has been doing business with Northwest Autobody since the 1980's, and we just can't say enough good things about this auto collision repair shop. It seems about every other year someone bumps into one of our cars, and Northwest Autobody has us covered. This is a small, family owned shop that has been handed down from Larry, to Jeremy Stanek, and both of them have been nothing but stellar to deal with. My family knows the car business inside and out, and the quality of work and detail at Northwest Autobody is unsurpassed in Skagit County and beyond. My car is always done on time, or ahead of time, and if I have an issue with anything they fix it right away. Jeremy makes handling the claim easy, and they often go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Great location as well in old town Mount Vernon and easy parking, I can drop my car off and just walk home. Five stars and beyond, Northwest Autobody raises the bar for quality auto care and customer service done properly. Thanks for being there for us!!

These guys are incredible. My 2021 Jeep Wrangler suffered some damage while off road. Overall the damage was very serious, before and after pictures attached. I will say, before dropping off my Jeep at NW Autobody, I wanted to find a reputable shop that could get my vehicle back to good condition. NW Autobody didn't just make the vehicle look good condition, they made it look like the day I purchased it brand new. They also washed and detailed the vehicle before pickup. They went above and beyond my expectations. The owner is very professional, friendly, and down to earth. You are in good hands having your vehicle repaired by them. I would highly recommend, and I will be a returning customer if I ever have vehicles that need repairs in the future.

They fried my battery and the main fuse and when I told them they basically told me I had to pay for it and take it to this other dealership.i said no it worked when I dropped it off.it works when I leave.they replaced the fuse and I replaced the battery because of what they did my car kept dying.all they had to do was a taillight because i was hit when i was at the grocery store.and they cost me 100 dollars on a new battery.i was very upset.
