Well until today I would recommended and have used this place. I called this morning and was trying to get a quote from the rude guy on the phone. He just hung up on me when I told him I had some of the parts for my son’s truck. I have the parts because I had planned on doing the work on it, but my job has me out of town and he needs to use his truck now.
I would rather pay more elsewhere than to experience this customer service before even giving them the job.
So long, you lost a customer with 22 personal vehicles.

We were traveling on the freeway when our undercarriage cover come off. We scrambled to three other auto shops (one didn't have the equipment needed to raise the car high enough, one didn't have availability for hours, and one was closed for the July 4th holiday). Just as we were starting to get panicked, we came across Epic Tire and Wheels.We were in and out of there within ten minutes. The technician that helped us was so friendly and understanding. He quickly helped us find a solution and we were able to enjoy the rest of our day.Car troubles are never fun, but Epic Tire and Wheels saved the day.

Paul the manager is a very nice person. Explains everything. They installed both front and rear sway bars and a steering stabilizer on my class A motorhome. Excellent job and done when promised. Front counter lady was was very pleasant. Highly recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great customer service! They were busy and still got me taken care of so I could make it to work today. Also to the review that said stuff was missing your full of it! The "tire shop" (that's what I call it) has been under new management for the past year. But the same great staff (Paul, Bobby, and Jose) have always taken good care of me.And quick service too! Most other mechanics make appointments for weeks (or more) into the future, but here I can often get repairs done same day

Bad service!! They stole a piece. that I bringed to them to fix my car!! And they told me that piece was not in the box and before I go to the shop I was already checked the box and all the pieces was in the box
