“Initial pack up went well. Trailer was moved to Portland. My problem was that I hadn't found a house yet. My trailer sat until I found a place for them. The issue was because I changed location for them to deliver, one that a separate company , that was to deliver my trailer didn't cover. They had to get permission to deliver to where I was staying, I was not informed of this and had to call to find out where and when my trailer would arrive. Unload and trailer pickup went well.”

“My family has used this company for local and out of state moves, plus they are storing some of my possessions. Nice family owned company and the storage is dirt cheap if you are willing to have your stuff in Everett or Burlington.Last week we showed up at Evergreen's facility to pack a moving truck to take my daughters stuff across country. She used a company where we had to pack it ourselves in order to save money. Evergreen cheerfully arranged to have all of her vaults present and open, then the owner, Steve, spent the next two hours helping us lift heavy furniture into the truck and making sure we packed everything into the truck properly. What an unexpected kindness and we could not done the job without him! Kudos for such great customer service! This is the only moving company I'll use going forward.”

“I've had multiple storage units here for YEARS now & have never once had an issue or complaint with them. The only thing that I MIGHT knock them for is the fact that they're only open Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm. That can be extremely inconvenient for me at times. Other than that this place is great!! Located rite off the freeway so it's super easy to find & get in & out of. There's a lowered docking bay for the moving trucks & a ground level one next to that for customers so you can back your vehicle rite up to the building & where their flatbed hand carts are located, then the elevator is just a short 6ft roll away from the docking bay. There is a bathroom located within the office that you'll be allowed to use if you just ask the staff. I have shown up here many a time JUST before closing & never have I been turned away. They will let you into their facility all the way up until 4:58pm (they close at 5 but you'd need a couple minutes to make it to your unit & either take out or drop off whatever it was you were there for LoL) One weekend I reorganized my whole unit; was working in it up until closing both nights & what was great was the staff would give me updates when it was getting close to closing that way i had enough time to put all my boxes that I had moved out into the hallway back into my unit. At 30mins til Stephanie, the girl at the front desk would walk up to my unit on the 2nd floor & let me know it was 4:30pm. She would do the same at a quarter til & when I had just 5mins before they closed she would flash the overhead lights twice to signal to me times almost up. Great people!! Quality units! Variety in size & affordably priced!!”
