I purchased a high value Mercedes AMG wagon at top of the market pricing from Motorgroup LLC. The vehicle was advertised as pristine condition. I purchased from out of state. When the car arrived, it had several major issues (Air Conditioner didn't work, seat fan didn't work and battery was original and needed replacement). I reported the issues immediately when the car was taken off the truck. Motorgroup LLC was responsive and told me to bring the car to the local MB dealership for a quote to repair items. Motorgroup LLC GM offered to pay 50% of the repair costs. Although appreciated, these issues should have been disclosed when selling and/or the full amount should have been refunded for the repairs. Motorgroup LLC "vehicle ownership entails risk" and alluded to "buyer beware, get a prepurchase inspection next time". They are correct, buyer beware. I shipped the car across the country and didn't have any leverage, so Motorgroup LLC took advantage of me. I should have gotten a PPI, but basic functionality of a high value car "in prinstine condition" was expected to work. I am giving 2-stars because the salesperson (Mark T) was helpful, responsive, and tried to work with me. When something doesn't go according to plan, you expect a good company to stand by their product, Motorcars Limited in Vernon WA. is not the type of company that you can trust. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Had an absolutely wonderful time with my car buying experience. I was helped by both Jeff and Mark. Great teamwork and cohesion between the two that led to a pleasant and expedited transaction. Both gentlemen were professional, transparent, and kind. It was awesome to get to know Jeff, super comical and kind! I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a nice, low mileage vehicle! Their business model here is like no other dealership I’ve seen, no pressure or harsh sales tactics what so ever. Every dealership should strive to be as amazing as you guys! Purchased a 2022 Ram Rebel. I worked with Gary and it was an absolute pleasure. There were a few hiccups along the way with paperwork confusion but Gary was always communicative and easy to get in contact with. He and his guys were always on top of it. I would strongly recommend buying from these guys.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Made the mistake of buying a car here. The salesman was a total liar. Nothing he said about the car was true. If their service department technician really missed the serious defect that was in this car then they should be fired. When informed of this defect they simply said there was nothing they were willing to do? Response to the reply. More lies, my girlfriend and I bought the car. 2017 Infinity Q60. You guys are really pathetic...

Two words: HONEST and PROFESSIONAL
I live out of state. I had reservations about purchasing a vehicle without being able to kick the tires. But everybody at Motorcars Limited went above and beyond to share information about my eventual purchase with me. I worked mostly with Gary and Mark. These two gentlemen are very professional, no pressure, salesmen. I asked Gary to drive my vehicle home and let me know what he thought. Gary called the next day and said he noticed the brakes didn't feel 100%. So they replaced the brake pads before I purchased. He didn't have to do that.....these guys just want to make sure their vehicles are of the utmost quality, and to make sure their customers are absolutely pleased.
I purchased my vehicle, and decided to fly to Seattle and drive my new purchase home. More than a week elapsed between deciding to purchase and taking ownership. Both Gary and Mark maintained excellent communication during this time, for all the paperwork and logistics.
Upon showing up to the dealership, my vehicle was clean and ready to go. It was everything I anticipated...no surprises!
Even though I live more than a thousand miles away, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Motorcars Limited again in the future for my vehicle needs. They will be my first phone call when it's time for my next vehicle.

Not just a car purchase for me and the wife, this was an entire dream experience. To me, this was right up there with ordering a new car from Germany, driving on the Autobahn and shipping it home which is not currently in our budget. I work for my money and this was my first real high end vehicle purchase and my first out of state purchase as I am from So. Cal .
I contacted Motorcars Limited for the details about my car I found online. I spoke to Mark and locked in the potential deal over the phone. They offered easy delivery but I wanted to check the car out in person before finalizing the deal and thought the wife and I would take the opportunity to get to know what we purchased and drive it home if it all went through.
Locked in the deal on a Tuesday and had a flight booked for SEA for Friday. Running on adrenalin after a very long early morning from LAX to SEA, reached Mt.Vernon at about noon on Friday. Mark graciously picked us up from the bus station which was cheaper than an Uber. 10 min ride and I was checking out my potential new family member.
The car was beautiful aside from a couple minor blemishes which you could not see online. Mark and Jeff worked with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I've spent entire days at dealerships trying to buy an economy car so being able to drive out with my dream ride in about 2hrs was unbelievable.
Mark and Jeff set us up for the ride home with directions for a scenic drive to start enjoying our purchase right out of the driveway. Directed us over to the tulip fields not too far away for a first stop and then a beautiful road back to the freeway where we kicked off an epic adventure back home to So. Cal through the redwood forests, cruising by lakes, waterfalls and following the coastal south. Words and pictures don't do justice in explaining how epic the entire experience was for us.

Beware when the salesman Mark, tell you, common at a set time to see car, only to tell you after you get there early that the car just sold. Was disappointed and recommended the salesman tell there customers
in the future, it'recommended to put a deposit down that's refundable to hold the car, this way there's no disappointments.

We had a Fantastic experience with Mark and Jay! There was a weird rattle in the back. Jay investigated it, took it to their shop and fix the problem immediately! The price was already fantastic, and we ended up with a better warranty, and a uniquely friendly and hassle free experience. Eclectic inventory of motor vehicles!

What a wild and terrible ride it's been dealing with this company. I purchased a motorcycle from them. I know that they typically deal in cars and not motorcycles, but I had no idea that one company could screw up so many things in one purchase.
They sold me a bike that had a service plan on it that was registered to someone else, preventing me from obtaining a service plan in my name. When I asked them repeatedly to reach out to the person they obtained the bike from (the only person who can initiate a cancellation or transfer of the plan), they said they would do that. They never did that, and did not return my repeated calls regarding this.
They took OVER A MONTH to send my paperwork to the DMV, causing me to go through 2 trip permits while waiting, just to be able to ride it, and then when I reached out to see what was causing the delay, I was told by one of their salespeople that he'd just ride it anyway. Great idea...just ride around illegally with no plates on a bike that had reached the max number of temp permits (2) and the second one was already about to expire by the time they finally sent the documents out. It isn't as if they were waiting on anything from me. I gave them everything I needed to provide, including a cashier's check for the full amount of the vehicle (less the deposit/down payment I'd already paid). They just didn't do their part to ensure a smooth transition.
I had to go to the DMV numerous times to try to get this sorted out, and a guy at the DMV was thoroughly amazed at the hw badly they messed this up after he'd already helped me try to sort this out THREE times.
When the documents were finally processed, I received a notification from the DMV letting me know that they'd filled the documents out incorrectly and they would need to be corrected and resubmitted. Luckily, the things that were wrong were things I could correct myself, so I didn't have to rely on their ineptitude once again.
I ended up calling the DMV when I received the notification of the incorrect documents and they walked me through everything I needed to fix and the fees I needed to pay to get this sorted out. This person also indicated that they'd never seen anything that was such a mess when it had been submitted by a dealership. He kept saying how sorry he was that I had to deal with this. He had nothing to do with it, but I received more apologies from him than I've ever gotten from this dumpster fire of a dealership.
They turned what should have been a fun event in to a disaster that has gone on for nearly 4 months now. I've purchased motorcycles from entirely different regions of the country and had them shipped to me (which can take up to a month) and still had the entire process completed in a quarter of the time it has taken to get this done.
I get that mistakes happen, but OWN them. Acknowledge them and fix them. I could barely even get them to return my calls when they screwed up every single aspect of this purchase in some way or another. To top it off, everyone I spoke with when I called passed the blame for all of the screw ups on to others and would say someone would call me back and they never would. The ONLY person who offered any kind of an apology was someone who had been out of the office during the time that all of this was happening, so not only are they awful at transaction processing, but also customer service.
I've bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of places and this has been hands-down the worst experience I've ever had.
