Website is the Worst thing ever never works I’ve been trying to activate my phone for the last 2 days

My husband and I went to the Mount Vernon location because it was the closest. I tried to call three times, well after they were open and there was no answer. Also, their mailbox is full. On top of not being able to reach anybody I drove an hour, to be argued with and disrespected. With the respect I was not given, my representative Atiff does not speak clear English and did not understand that I understood that I could not get a phone for $179. Tried to tell me I couldn’t get the $99 promo for the iPhone 12 because I was not an AT&T or Verizon customer and straight talk is owned by Verizon. Furthermore, he was very argumentative and would cut me off and say LISTEN, LISTEN let me tell you-. Very unprofessional and intense. Aside from my personally awful experience, I saw him behaving the same way to an elderly couple who was being served just moments before I came in. DO NOT go to this store. Tried to charge me 350$ dollars, and tried to talk me down to 310 with an employee discount when I said it was too much. He was so intense I almost left without my driver’s license and nearly had a panic attack in the car.

So I went into Metro PCs in Mount Vernon over by the smoke shop and buy the tax place so I go in there and I go in to get a new I was adding a line to my phone not only did they come up with I had to pay almost $200 for a phone out the door okay but it's supposed to be a free phone and you're supposed to be activated please so then they tell me you get a free case and a free screensaver with it I get home and I look at the receipt I was charged $40 for that screensaver I mean $4 for that so be careful going into that MetroPCS because again she took my money she took some of my money told me I only gave her $177 when I gave her $277 and then came up with the idea that her manager would pay my bill and everything would be okay tells me that I did that I didn't know how much money I basically had when I just left the bank didn't go to any other place but to the store and had $100 and $10 bills and $105 and how funny it was all my friends were gone and I gave her $160 with 20s so yeah this place is off the hook I wanted them to look at the camera I asked him to have them look at the camera of course if they put a ticket in for it okay to put a ticket in for it I wanted somebody to look at that camera then save your money distribution stores that rip with very unprofessional and dishonest

A few days ago one of the employees added a bunch of extra features on my account and they didn’t explain or discuss it with me at all. She was short and had a bun and brought very unprofessional service.

After putting liquid glass on my phone it has cracked my screen again thought it was guaranteed not to. I registered but can't remember how to go about getting it fixed. Called mt vernon branch and get no answer, with mail box full. What's up metro????

Odelia was absolutely amazing.she has excellent customer service and very patience..she helped resolve very complicated phone issues effortlessly.I recommend going to this store as they now have much better and kinder people working there..great experience.

Don't care to help you and mostly can't ever help you. Either get workers that know there job out just have another metro closer to Anacortes Washington with workers that know how to welcome customers and know there job! This store is super bad and need to get some help

Love MetroPCS been a loyal customer for over 5 years. They always take care of my cell phone needs. I love their reasonable cell phone rates and plans! Very affordable.

So I had cricket for the past month and had nothing but problems from day 1 I came into metro because cricket couldn't figure out why I was not able to receive phone calls I was there for an hour and half and that was a joke I came in the the guy Taylor and his coworker Nancy helped big time took way less time and they where amazing as well got me going and took way less time. I will be a customer for life now and the metro tech support helped great too

Only one staff member in the store. Didn't have any devices they had on display except for maybe ⅕ of them. Not to mention the ones they did have they had no cases or screen protectors for! This isn't the first time receiving less than adequate help. Not to mention that the worker stops helping us in the middle of our encounter with them to start helping another instead of customers. She was obviously way in over her head with the amount of people there versus what she was actually able to accomplish for anybody which was very little if any we actually end up having to leave there and go to a totally different store to buy a device which I'm going to go activate online and you guys are going to try and charge me to do so because it's an unlocked phone since you guys didn't have anything in stock in your store. It's just ridiculous. Luckily I didn't end up having to deal with the usual rude lady that I end up dealing with most of the time and luckily I didn't get charged for the wrong phone by dealing with this location getting told to bring it back and it would be exchanged only to have one exchange and still being charged price of the more expensive phone but being stuck with the cheaper phone on one line me when I originally opened my account at this location. I see people if you have the time and the gas drive to a different location to get your phone and your service hooked up if you're a new customer. Remember there at private owned authorized dealer and it tends to show at this location above others! Also why is it showing this five stars when I picked 2 kind of messed up. Just for that I'm dropping this review the one star

Pathetic!!!!employee cannot even write down the store wi-fi p-word correctly!!I have to beg for him to look for my insurance-unable to use that in store-he says that I am ready for upgrade-Only up grade available for I phone is the SE mod.uhhh-same as what I Have!!!some upgrade!! 0% assistance transferring data….when I get that on my own-seri/voice controls don’t work-costomer care phone calls??I thought English is primary language in the U.S.A-this store is only good at excepting your hard earned$$$$ 2 different times I was there the manager was scheduled,but did not show up!!!!waste of time!!!!

They double charged me and refused to reimburse my bank acct after I showed proof of the over charge. The CSR and store manager said they couldn't find it in their system. As a representative franchise of Metro this kind of thing is what will give Metro a bad review. I love Metro but this store in Mount Vernon WA is the worst customer service I've seen. As a result I had to file a report with Metro and the BBB still fighting to get money back.
