I found some old seadoo decals cleaning up in my shop, So didn’t need them so I thought I would give them to the dealership, maybe a hat in exchange, but the parts man said he could do nothing so he said he would ask the parts manager and after he came back he said nothing and the parts manager finally came out did not look at the decals, walked past me saying not interested in a rude manner!
Being in retail business for years that is how you loose customers and I won’t return!

I don’t often leave reviews but I would like to take a moment to thank Ron and Trevin for their professionalism and making this a great experience for a first time buyer. I had plenty of questions that Ron answered in a timely manner and Trevin was very helpful upon arrival, setting up the test ride and topping off the fuel. They also held the bike for me since I had a long drive to get to Burlington! Overall I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend a visit here for any powersports needs!

Best experience ever! Our salesman Kurt was helping another customer when we arrived, but the general manager stepped up to the plate and walked us through purchasing process. Outstanding customer service all the way around! They stayed late to help us assemble a trailer we purchased at Harbor Freight in order to bring our motorcycle home. The entire purchase process was no longer than 15 minutes! We drove several hours to get there and it was worth every minute of the drive! Get there and buy something!!!

If I could give LESS than one star, I would. This place is a sh1t show!!! It took 2 months to fix a clutch master cylinder.For my trouble, I got to pay $1046.01 so they could take my property off my bike, including my license plate. They threw away my registration and insurance. (They were prepping it to sell it which wasn't my plan) They broke other parts they won't take responsibility for as well. So if you want an EXPENSIVE screwing talk to Matt in service. He is a ROYAL DOUCHE and will treat you accordingly.Thanks for nothing, Lifestyle Honda! We won't EVER be back!

Worked with Trevin on a sea doo spark trixx purchase this summer and worked with Kurt on a crf Honda dirt bike purchase this fall. Both were laid back and made the buying experience easy . Finance was quick and painless too .
