“First time for my husband and I,but what a surprise for us. We hadn't been to a laundromat in years but mainly because they weren't a good place to go if you didn't have to. Tonight was a very good experience from thy minute we walked in.It was clean and all the machines looked great so I walked up to the attendant' window to ask if I could get some help as we'd never used a washing machine like these. A friendly young woman smiled and offered to show us the ropes and she did. She was far above the usual grumpy attendants we generally met, explaining all three important details and even helping us to load our big bedding and suggesting the best options.. with a genuine smile!I was were so impressed with her genuine care and excellent service so I asked her name and thanked her for taking good care of us. If I still had my restaurant I would try to hire your employee Rachael. We're glad we came to your laundromat and will return and hope we see Rachael there ?Sincerely, Joni & Jim Harvey”

“This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. It's not your typical laundromat either! you know, the ones that only have half of their machines working at a time? that are messy and claustrophobic? or ran by rude staff? no no no, this laundromat is the exact opposite.the machines work and look great, there's no lint piles or mold smell in the washers, the bathroom is sparkling clean, the floor is spotless, everyone is friendly, there's plenty of walking space, table space and carts. their quarter dispenser takes bills up to $20. this place is just super welcoming and the staff deserve an award for best laundromat in Skagit county ?”

“I brought a pair of jeans here to get hemmed. One needed length taken off and the other needed to be taken in (due to them being baggy) and she did an AMAZING job. She also hems my husbands navy uniforms and does amazing with that as well. She is the absolute sweetest!”
