Go anywhere else but Labcorp- awful, slow and big mistake. Wait time is an hour plus. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I've had nothing but great service here at Mt Vernon. The staff is nice and kind to me. Check in is kinda of a pain in the butt, but other than that I like the Mt Vernon location

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a lab. Had an appointment for a dot random drug test at 330 pm. Tried like hell to get there on time. Got there a few minutes late. No one would even acknowledge me after self check in. Finally get somones attention Only to be told they don't do tests after 330. Even though they stay open until 430. I drove 30 miles to be there and the sparky tone of that woman to tell me I need to plan ahead better was just infuriating.

Lost my husband's requisition again. Our doctor did send it with my own, which I had drawn the same day, but when he went in, staff couldn't find his. Could it be they didn't want to type in his numerous tests into their computer? Wanted to leave it for someone else to do? this happens too often to be true. Ridiculous.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions, and the staff has been amazing. Check-in is very quick and simple. All you have to do is scan your phone (if you've made an appointment online). Since I had a referral from my doctor, they already had all of my information ready before I walked through the door! It was the most efficient lab I've been to. Many nurses struggle to find my veins, but they were able to find it on the first try with no problems. I was very impressed with the service here. I will absolutely return for future bloodwork. Thank you, ladies!

I was very impressed with the staff. They were friendly but very efficient and professional. They made me feel comfortable during the blood draw and it was done in no time. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies i.e. cups, hand sanitizer. Masks, etc.

The current schedule posted on Google maps (1/7/2023) is not accurate, there is no way of knowing this unless someone posts a picture of the schedule they have outside their door, otherwise you will stop by when they say they are open and they will be padlocked shut.

Big waste of my time, gas, and money. I came for a drug testing and was there early. I needed to use the restroom. It wasn't until I was there and ready to go that they told me that they needed an additional registration number and not just a confirmation number. I could not find any mention either giving me such a number or saying that I would need that number in any of my emails or text messages. They told me that they don't let people know ahead of time and it is up to us to know that we need that number ahead of time. So I guess we have to be psychic. So I had to go then and was unable to take the test just because they don't want to let people know ahead of time that they need additional information from us. Now it's delayed for an extra day and cost me a lot of money and possibly even my jobThe supervisor, Miranda, was very rude and refused to take any responsibility or show any sympathy. Even told blantant lies. If she had listened to me these problems could be avoided in the future.I can see that this place very much deserves the very low rating that it has, and I think that it is entirely because of the lack of ethics of the supervisor Miranda

I visited this lab today and was SO impressed! First, the automated check in was easy to use and eliminated the need to wait for someone to be available to manually take and input my ID and insurance info. Keelah was cheerful and efficient! I waited 6 minutes for my "turn" and was greeted by Deb and Niki, the phlebotomists. Niki was thorough in confirming my identity and labeling the blood samples as I observed. The blood draw she performed was painless and smooth. When I questioned the number of tubes of blood drawn, she and Deb reviewed the orders and assured me the correct amount was drawn. They were patient in explaining why the number differed this time from the last time when a more extensive assay was ordered. Top notch professionals all around!!

Obnoxious check in that is basically ignored by staff, long wait times, they take walk ins ahead of people with appointments. Multibook the appointments even when it means people are straining to hold their bladder for the test. Clearly I wasn't the only one shocked at how rude they are. Edit: the lady in the seat next to me said they lost 14 vials of her blood. I could not avoid hearing the staff talk about it during my care. Truly poor medical care. Scary

Shocked to see such a poor rating. I have been at this location a few times and it is by far the best experience I have ever had compared to other labs. They get the vain the first try, completely painless and the techs are so kind and friendly. I have zero issues scheduling online. I came in today at 1:40 for a 1:45 appt, I was checked in and taken right back.

Awful. I wish there was a negative stars option. I try to not leave bad reviews. And shoot for the positives. But I have never been so poorly treated. Long story, but the lady drawing my blood was nice, but the co worker intervening was flat out rude. Incredibly unprofessional and talked about me behind my back. I even called my provider about the situation cuz there was discrepancy about what was ordered and what labs they did. And my provider talked to them and said I was correct. And then my provider apologized for the situation and said they've had many complaints about lab corp. Please, avoid LabCorp. At least the mount Vernon location. I will certainly be going elsewhere!!! Even if I'm out of network and have to pay out of pocket, I will be doing that to avoid LabCorp!! Such an awful and disappointing experience. I hope management hears this and hires and trains their staff better. To follow up after your LabCorp response: I have already reached out to one of your questionnaires and given my complaints. My provider had also done so. So far no one has reached out to me. I have also just filled out the link your provided and given my review. I hope you do follow up and call me. I will be posting whether or or not you actually follow through

DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENS,, ASK EMPLOYER TO SWITCH TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. IT IS NO CHARGE TO YOU. DO NOT USE LABCORP FOR EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENSIt seems this is an issue running on for months now. As I see a review 3 months ago with VERY SIMILAR COMPLAINTSI called customer service to confirm what locations accept walk in employment drug screens. I asked them additionally what time are they closed for lunch so I dont drive 30 minutes for no reason. I arrive at mt vernon at 11. I am told they are closed for lunch so I call customer service again on speaker to confirm I was told they were closed from 1-2pm for lunch. Debbie became very combative and said we are closed for lunch I am going to call the police. I said ma'am I am here before you closed and I confirmed with multiple people before showing up that I was able to perform my test at this specific time. I drove 30 minutes and someone is babysitting my child this is the only time I have available to do this today. Instead of taking lunch, she calls her supervisor on speaker and is rudely shoving her phone in my face as i am calmly having the customer service rep explain the discrepancies in time on website and clinic and customer service. I explained I understand, but i drove 30 minutes and i do not understand why the patient has to suffer for labcorps miscommunication on lunch.. i have worked for labcorp in kansas city and patient treatment is first not our lunch.During this incident at the mt vernon location Debbie spoke lies of my name to a police officer and directly affected my employment. I was there for over an hour at the mt vernon location, well beyond the time it would have taken me to do my drug screen. My employment was put into jeopardy bc of a labcorp miscommunication.Clinics should not be able to dictate their hours on a piece of paper taped to a window that does not correspond with customer service or website. It seems this is an issue running on for months now. As I see a review 3 months ago with VERY SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. Seems to be a management issue if its continuing with several other employees and patients.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS.
