Very disappointed in service. Its a good bank if you're super lucky and nothing bad ever happens to you, but if you're not, like me, then this is NOT the bank for you. My debit card was stolen and some fraudulent activity appeared on my account. They closed the account right away so I didn't lose any money which was great. They also said I could open a new acct. but about a week after I did just that and put 300 into it, I tried to enroll in online banking and was told I needed to visit the branch to enroll. At the branch I was then informed that they wanted to "end our relationship." I was livid especially when they were trying to not let me have the money I had deposited into my new acct. After almost an hour of sitting on hold with the fraud dept. I was finally able to get my money and be done with this nightmare. I would understand if I personally had done something fraudulent but I was a VICTIM and they made it a thousand times worse treating me the way they did. I will NEVER use KEYBANK ever again and I will make a point to inform as many people as possible to do the same. You can't treat people the way they treated me. There's no excuse for that.

They always seem to be short staffed. On multiple occasions, I've been the only person in the drive thru and wait for 10 plus minutes. Today I'm greeted and told he'll be a minute finishing up with someone else - no problem. After 15 minutes I have to push the call button twice just to ask for my check back and I'll go to a different branch. As I'm leaving I see the employee who originally greeted me driving off. My transaction would have taken a couple minutes, maybe.. I don't usually leave reviews but after having so many bad experiences I felt the need to.

I wouldn’t give this bank one star, they are terrible. You rarely see the same person twice, the wait times are insane and sometimes it seems only one person is working the entire branch. Management must not be doing their job because they can’t seem to keep good employees. The only reason I deal with this bank is to make deposits on behalf of a local business. Been telling the owner they should change banks.

Came in today to make a simple deposit into my wifes. Got told "sorry I am new" instead of my question being answered if there where any changes to the company regarding deposits. I understand you are 6 months new but you didn't answer my question and I had to use the atm outside because I didn't have the account number. I understand I need the account number but I had her debit card and pin. Just the lack of communication and clarity was a bit off putting.

your bank machine has too many problems for the last 3 days it won't accept my finger to make a deposit the buttons are frozen so stupid 50 times just to get my card out

This location cares. If you need help, they will be there. I appreciate the manager for caring here. Her name is kari, if I spelt it right. we are a family and we needed food, so we need money too. We may not be working now, but the way that this location has been treating me, I would definitely recommend today! We know how to work, and we both put in a lot of work for many years. KeyBank made me feel appreciated and now we will forever want to come back! :)

My family and I have banked here for years now. Always was given good customer service and a friendly place to bank. Continue to always be helpful. I have even recommended this branch office to my friends and relatives. I want to say thank you for all the hard work the employees at this branch continue to do. Wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation. Well done and good job!

Friendly people behind the counter ready to help you. They keep people safe with masks and covers. They wipe down the counters when the person leaves. I really like coming here to do my banking needs. Great place to open an account.

Today I went tony local key bank branch. I don't have an acct there and I wanted to cash out an$80.00 check . The girl said she couldn't see me very well in the camera and wanted me to go in and fill out some paperwork to prove who I am. I have cashed checks there before. I had even closed out a retirement check there and they have paperwork there already. I feel very discriminated against. If she couldn't see me very well then the cameras need to be replaced
