A very good option to get help with upholstery. I needed help installing new seat covers in a car and John did a fantastic job for me. Staff was very kind, pleasant, and skilled. I highly recommend them to solve your upholstery issues.

I took my car to John’s Auto Toggery after neither Lexus nor Toyota could repair a malfunctioning seat heater. Jake ordered the part, installed it in 15 minutes, and billed me VERY reasonably compared to the hefty sums which Lexus and Toyota proffered. This is a great local business in Mount Vernon and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend John’s Auto Toggery!

I brought some vintage Austin Healey seats into John's to have them install new covers and pads during a restoration. The whole experience was easy, they offered an estimate over the phone and I dropped them off. A few weeks later they returned two beautifully recovered seats for the exact price quoted over the phone, which was very reasonable. Businesses like this deserve your money.

they are very service oriented and do high quality work. if something needs to be altered, they do it free of charge. also very interesting people to talk to.
