First let me say that Rolfson's is a beautiful store. Lots of selections to choose from. I went there to get a new La-Z-Y Boy recliner. I wanted to try leather as I never had one. I found one that fit good, paid for it and brought it home. After sitting in it for a short time, I realized it wasn't for me. It was very stiff and not the cushy feeling I was looking for. I took it back and found a cushy leather one. Took it home and realized it did not support my head and was cold. My husband talked me into getting a power recliner with power headrest. Took it home and it immediately made my arm go numb and gave me a headache. I have a fused neck and finding proper neck support is crucial. I decided to get a new recliner in the model I've had for over 30 years. When I went to pick it up, the owner, Brian, started cussing and yelling. He yelled at his secretary to do the paperwork while he got the chair. He was at the back of the store and yelling the f word and g damn and other assorted niceties. When they showed me the paperwork, it had a $670 restocking fee. I said, What is that for? I'm not paying it. Brian then lost it completely and jumped in my face and pointed his finger while hollering that this was his house and I needed to leave and never come back. I said you have $1400 of mine and I'm calling the cops, which I did. I also told him he had no worries, I would never step foot in his store again and would tell everyone else to stay away too. He continued yelling at me, the dispatcher heard it all and told me to go to my car. I did. Then a salesman came out and wanted my card to give me a refund. The dispatcher told me to stay put. Eventually I went in the store and got a refund. They wouldn't sell me a chair. I am a 65 year old grandmother, trying to find a recliner that was good for my neck and was subjected to his rantings and profanity and I've never been treated like that before. I was scared and thought he was going to hit me. He's clearly lost his mind. You don't treat people like that!

We went in yesterday and purchased a recliner. First off the owner, Brian, was the person helping us. Best salesman ever. We didnt feel the slightest bit of pressure to buy. He was friendly attentive and answered every question I had with the perfect amount of humor and professionalism. I highly recommend going to Rolfsons for your next purchase. On a side note the amount I paid for my leather recliner was just a hair higher than other recliners we looked at. You truly get what you pay for and Rolfsons is nothing but quality. Thank you Brian and staff!!!

Looking for furniture is a half step better than used car shopping in my mind. Decided to try Rolfson's as I had heard good things from friends. They were wrong. IT IS GREAT. The sales team let us know they were there to help us but gave us space shop. We almost bought the set on the floor, it was cloth, we were set on leather but it was such a great price. Brian (owner) gave us a quote, much better price than what we had got from other folks. We received our new furniture in less time than quoted (minus COVID 19 shut down of the country). Delivery team was clean, professional and speedy. We know where we are going the next time we need any furniture!

Fantastic service. We bought a couch that didn't hold up the way it should, (not Rolfson's fault) but they came out to our house, we live on an island so not very convenient, picked up the couch, and returned it 3 days later as good as new. The service team is amazing! Thank you!

We purchased a couch that had some issues and Rolfson service was fantastic! They came all the way to my house (we live on an island) picked up the couch and returned it in perfect condition three days later. The guys are WONDERFUL!
