In my humble opinion Urban has all the equipment you could possibly need to obtain any physical objective, Bodybuilding, Endurance training, strength, flexibility, Stamina, Cardiac development, Olympic lifting. As a 1 time bodybuilder ( Mr. CA third place 1988) A Mount Climber, ( Rainier, Adams) ,A Long distance cyclist and an X Military Training Specialist, I found this gym to be the complete package. The Gym is also operated like a family business, friendly, interactive and fun. They all know your name at Urban fitness, I should know. I am the GM.”

“Our kids have been here for a few months and they love it. Coaches are super professional and kind. Small class size and offer various activities for kids to focus. Owner is super sweet as well! We had a birthday party recently, all kids had a blast and definitely recommend to join in classes or just hold a birthday party here!”

“Kid trying indoor soccer for the first time, really had fun! The facility doesn't have heat though and with temperatures in the mid-20's it was cold inside. There are two heaters suspended over bleachers but they were a bit overwhelmed by the rare cold temperatures. Other than being cold, really nice little facility.”

“Love the people in this gym to pieces!! Warm, welcoming environment. Myzone board brings friendly competition. Chris ignites community through organizing Ragnar and Spartan races. Mike is extremely encouraging. Jess is super cool!! Can't ask for more here. The kid walking around occasionally is actually not a big deal and ppl can get over it lol.”

“I take the adult class every week and I really enjoy it! The class is lighthearted and fun but you still get a good workout in. I appreciate that our instructor, Kathryn, always provides multiple progressions for skills so even as an adult with no gymnastics background, I am able to participate and learn while other participants are doing much more advanced skills. If you're interested in the adult class, I highly recommend it and think you'll have a great time if you show up ready to learn and step outside your comfort zone a little bit.”
