Pricy and not the best selection of items

Expensive for a goodwill. Prices are jacked up on most items.

Too expensive, does not feel community driven in the least, the floors a mess, and the cashiers are too busy talking to eachother to ring up customers. I understand that items that dont sell on monday get sent to the outlet or thrown in the compactor, it's just a shame there is no care or consideration for the needs of the locals. Support local thrift, not this corporate dud

Prices for the used items, which is most of the items, are pretty pricey if u need to get a specific item and it's not the color that's on sale! I have left ALOT of items cuz I can't afford the items. I thought it was supposed to b at a great discount for us poor people or us on a VERY tight budget that we live on. My daughter goes thru clothes fast n I can't afford to go there I use the yard sales and garage sales cuz we can kind of afford them.

Nice store but gotten very pricy! They charge more than craft stores charge for yarn! Original prices are on the yarn with goodwill they want more so just go to craft stores & buy when on sale

Every time I go in this blue haired tall girl, I think, is always so rude and has the worst attitude. I will not donate to this goodwill til she fired.

This review is for the item drop off drive thru area in the back. I have been here a few times to use the drop off option and it seems the lines are not as bad as they use to be, I feel like they do a really good job at keeping the pace and things orderly so that people don't have to wait too long. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful, The signs make it easy to know where to go and where to stop. Way to go Goodwill team! You are appreciated.

I went and donated a bunch of stuff a few days ago, and this girl with teal in her hair was just so rude about the questions I was asking. It was like I was Being too much for her, and that it was just too inconvenient that I was asking these questions. When I said, never mind, I’ll just come back another day. She mumbled something underneath her breath. I couldn’t hear what she said but she was really rude.. I have a lot of friends and family that come in and donate stuff to Goodwill because that’s what we do with our stuff and I have heard the same stories about her from my friends and family too. Some people hate their jobs, but don’t be rude when it’s literally your job to take the donations.

The new lay out makes little sense! When will it be done???? Today so much was in the wrong place. The books are a mess! I miss my old hangout!

like this store, it's well layed out and I can usually find at least one thing I'm looking for, my only complaint is I feel some of their clothes are overpriced compared to other thrift stores, Abbotsford still has the best thrift stores in the lower mainland

Have been a customer for years, not so much any longer. After a trip to Hobby Lobby, I decided to stop here. For almost the exact same item, a metal vase at Hobby Lobby (you know their high prices), Goodwill's item was higher priced than Hobby Lobby. Goodwill has gone crazy with pricing.
