I have worked with Erik and his team for two new construction properties I purchased. He is knowledgeable and has experience with the real estate market. They made sure I got the best deal and made sure I got new construction inspections. They also followed up and made sure things got done by builder. Will work with them again.

We recently sold and purchased a new home through the Pedersen group. Erik, Debbie and Veronica were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were extremely responsive and excellent since the first phone call all the way through to closing. Our house sold in 5 days because they knew the market and how to place ours. They found us our DREAM home and we couldn’t be happier!

Posting on behalf of relative who recently purchased a home in Bellingham through Erik Pederson Real Estate Group. Move-in was 7 months ago, but the complete punch list was never completed. Serious issues with the electrical wiring remain and sloppy carpentry has yet to be resolved. Note that Erik actually visited the home many months ago and said that this would be resolved. To date, however, Grandview and Keller Williams have moved at a glacial pace.
