Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do? The company will surely suffer. Thank you for the pleasant, hassle-free experience .”

“A great place to get decent quality home items even if you don't have good enough credit for a credit card also they usually have loyalty discounts for returning customers that are in good standing and wont punish you if you are one day late and i can't forget how nice and helpful they are even on the phone. Now the reason i gave them a 4 out of 5 is if a cute girl is late on her payment and needs an extension all she has to do is come in crying and they will fall for her sob story hook line and sinker 😒. So if you are a manipulative cry on cue woman come on down and make all woman everywhere look bad but if you are a up front straight forward woman like me or a man you better be on time.”
