About two months ago the driver's side door latch on our 1997 Chevy Blazer broke (ripped out of the door jam). This was probably due to earlier damage caused by a mentally incapacitated deer ramming the door on an earlier excursion. The door would no longer close and we started looking for repair options. Dally's was the only auto repair service in this area that said they could repair it inside of two months. All the others were backed up for at least 4 months and some longer than 6 months.Concerned about supply chain issues, we took the car to Dally's, a service we had used very successfully over the last 20 years. It took exactly as long as Dally's had predicted and they did a perfect job of repairing the latch and realigning the door. We could not be more pleased. We recently had a work van rear ended here in Mount Vernon. Our insurance company worked with Fix Auto. They were responsive and the work was done quickly and everything looked good when they were done. If I had other auto body work I needed done, I would come back here.

We have taken our vehicles to what is now Fix Auto and was Dally's Autobody (same owners). The front office staff are always friendly and helpful. The autobody folks are highly trained and their work is hands down the best that we have ever experienced. Their paint matching skills are so good, you can't tell the difference between what was originally there and what is new. They look at the entire vehicle as well, not just the ding. They make sure that there are no structural issues. If there are, they will let you know. We have found them to be very professional, honest and work with integrity. As long as we live in the area Fix Auto is the only place that will work on our vehicles for dings, dents, etc.
