They never answer the phone, which is super unprofessional.Plus, every time I go into the Cricket store there is always at least 2-3 workers.While the store can be full of customers there is still only one person employee helping everyone one at a tome. While the rest of the employees are in the back room. Smh all in all just unprofessional.

I asked the young lady who helped me with some upgrade information and paying a bill. The store was decently busy. Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do? The company will surely suffer. Thank you for the pleasant, hassle-free experience .

If I could give it a -100 I would do that! I have never dealt with so many immature rude people who work in customer service in my life. I was hung up on four times because I was trying to ask them why their automated service doesn't figure in the $5 extra activation fee when your phone turns off, none of them could answer my question and every one of them hung up on me. I called an actual store and they couldn't help me I even asked to find out who runs the customer service at cricket and nobody would tell me any names. Very rude people, bad service & if you have cricket, cancel it and go somewhere else or if you're looking for a good phone company don't go to cricket, absolutely the worst experience I have EVER DEALT WITH! They are the bottom of the barrel when dealing with their customer service! ?

Really good deals but sales push's what there told and not very knowledgeable. Phone help has alot of hold time. They appear to use at&t network that has been very good for me . Great rates . Found that "Do your own research in advance".

I had s very good time at the store in Mt Vernon, WA. Technicians were very helpful and friendly. My total visit lasted minutes. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service here.
