Worst branch I've ever experienced. Of any banks. I've banked with Chase for almost 15 years. Moved to Mount Vernon almost 3 years ago. I've never once had good customer service when I've gone inside. I've seriously considered switching banks because of it.

Terrible bank to get a car loan from taking our monthly payments out two or three times a month drained our meager savings, not cool. If we had that kind of money, we would have just bought our car outright and saved a lot of money.

Oct. 4th, I needed bank service in this branch, had a super duper experience.I went to the branch directly from ferry, 15 minute early before 9AM.When I entered the door, I saw serval people ahead of me, and the branch manager was politely greeting us,I was serviced by Kassandra, she was such pleasant, made me feel warm welcome. Her professional appearance made me feel confident of her service.The facility of this office is very clean and well organized.

I’m sick of banks not having restrooms. People come in here to pull out mortgages that pay this company hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest and they don’t even have a public restroom for those customers. Crazy society we live in

Justin Peterson (branch manager) lack of information and communication wasn't pleasant! Customer service and the branch have two different answers for me. At the end I didn't receive the help or the correct information from either of them! This was suppose to be easy and guaranteed.

The people at this bank really helped us yesterday. We live in the San Juans, depending primarily on online or over-the-phone services on the rare occasions we need it. My wife ran into some issues with a simple wire transfer and had to make a mad dash at the very last minute to this branch to get it done. With the hectic ferry schedule she was able to get in just before closing and they were able to help her out with no hassle. Thank you all very much!

Banking service is getting worse and worse with time. It just depends what day you come in on the quality and competency of the staff. I hate having to pay fees to cash checks written on my own bank "because the systems are saying there is a fee". Still better than Bank of America, but the big banks don't have the customer service of the credit unions. Not even close.

Been banking with chase since 2013. This is one of the most frustrating branches locally Not personable Rude. Never answer the phone drive thru miscommunication. It’s confusing Frustrating to repeat everything that you need done in the drive-through. Not only just to have somebody else finish your transaction and they don’t know what you’re talking about and you’re dismissed and told to look on the receipt unacceptable and I will not tolerate this behavior this is not OK Chase has been in the media lately on how they treat others especially with different colored skin demographically and other areas it’s worse even in Seattle they have to have an armed guard and they don’t even have an ATM in South Seattle it’s frustrating paying all the fees for the inconveniences when it’s just disappointing never getting hold of a banker especially in an emergency situationI went ahead and opened an account at BECU NO HASSLE.

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Even my 16 year old couldn't believe it. I believe his name his Bryson, the person we had the appointment with. He acted extremely annoyed from even before we sat down. I don't know how he has a job there treating customers that way. I will not be returning to thelat branch again.
