Great service and communication but the diagnostic fee for my 2012 Toyota was $280 while the Toyota dealer charges $180. The quote for the repair was cheaper at Toyota too so I'll just take it straight to the dealership next time.

The car care clinic staff are courteous and professional. They kept me informed and did no work on car until they had checked with me.

I had the greasiest and gritty, grimeyest repair that’s ever dripped off the highway. A power steering line had burst and showered the entire interior of the engine compartment. First took my car to Gateway several years ago after another shop told me I needed a new engine. Gateway diagnosed the issue correctly, the issue was
the oil sending unit. Many thousands of dollars cheaper. Been using them for all my routine maintenance and any issues since then. Recently took my vehicle to Gateway for an oil change. As usual, excellent service.

In town on business when the alternator went out on my vehicle. Scheduled an appointment on line Sunday evening for 8:15 AM the following day. They were able to diagnose the issue right away, replaced the alternator and were finished by early afternoon. They were great about giving me a ride to and from my motel. Great friendly people, I strongly recommend this repair shop to anyone needed work on their vehicle.
