Mike R. and the staff at Blade are awesome! Two of my neighbors purchased their trailers at Blade and now we are on our 2nd trailer from Mike at Blade. Highly recommend you stop there and talk with Mike before you buy another trailer elsewhere. We love our Jayco’s and the great service in Burlington.

We purchased a class B RV here and are so happy to say that it was a great experience. From the sales team to service, everyone is friendly, helpful and reliable. This is not a given in the RV industry any more. We are 3 month in and everything was easy and happened as promised . We would buy any time again from Blade RV! Finally a great experience

After weeks of searching for a travel trailer and visiting pretty much every RV retailer in the area, we returned to Blade. On our first visit we met Kim Boone, her first day at that store but not her first day in trailer sales. She knew what to show us and despite struggling to know where it was did an awesome job showing us what we wanted to see. We visited other stores and while we had some positive experiences, Kim kept her word and texted (as asked) new models and anything else she felt we would be interested in. Her product knowledge was spot on and her ability to guide us comfortably through the decision was a pleasure. The entire experience at Blade RV was exactly what it should be when making a major purchase, from Kim on the sales floor, to the more than fair deal offered by Nick, to the easy buying experience finalized by Steve in finance. Our experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Blade RV! They killed it.

We were sold a warranty we cannot use, were told the unit would have all systems tested and repaired and would be cleaned for pick up. A/C not working correctly, frig messed up and flooring was damaged when we picked it up. It was also never cleaned before we picked it up. We were told oh well when we called. We love our 5th wheel, but blade has left a bad taste in our mouths.

I would highly recommend Blade RV Sales Center to anyone, including my friends and family. I recently purchased a trailer here, and Brett (one of the Salesman) asked all the right questions, wasn't pushy, stayed with me during the whole process of learning about the trailer, but what was most impressive was the attention I received after the purchase. I called and text Brett multiple times after the transaction and he was all about making sure I had my questions asked and even went the extra mile in an area I wont go into here, but went to bat on my behalf. TOP NOTCH Service! Bar none. I will be using Blade RV Service Center also for all my service needs as a result.

He was very knowledgeable about the different RV's on the lot and very patient - answering any/all questions I had. It was a no-pressure experience from start to finish.
